Ordered 2 sandwiches and some cookies. We’re located less than a mile away, but it took them 40 minutes to deliver to us. We could have looked past that, except the quality of both sandwiches were absolutely horrible.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the help that I received today by the store manager at Jimmy John’s on Washington in Racine. I placed an order with them to redeem my free brownie along with 2 breads, and when I got my order the brownie was missing. I called them up with what happened, and the manager kindly offered to have it delivered. Not only did she give me my brownie, but she added another one to my bag. The customer service is exceptional, and I wanted to thank them for taking care of their customers!
