I placed a pickup order for a basic turkey sandwich. While waiting for it to be ready in the store, I observed that the customer service was slow, cold, and indifferent. When I got home, I found that my sandwich was missing most of its ingredients. This wasn’t the first time the service here was deficient and order items or ingredients were missing. The employees at this location don’t care—and it shows. I recommend going elsewhere.

Ordered a kickin ranch chicken wrap, it tasted different which is when I noticed it had bacon in it.
I do not consume any other meat except chicken, so I made sure I re-read the contents of what I ordered before I placed my order, and only after making sure that the chicken wrap on the website did not have any other form of meat in it I ordered that, only to be disappointed.

I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened but it isn’t. Because this is consistently a repeat issue I have decided it’s time to leave a review. I placed my order online for pick up at 11:59. I arrived and saw it was not ready on the shelf so I sat to wait. There were a couple of party box orders ahead of me so figured ok they were swamped with that no big deal. It wasn’t until my neighbor who walked in 15 minutes after me got her food and I still hadn’t gotten mine that I was like what is up. I went up to the counter to ask if we were not going in order of received, and they said you placed online? I said yes, they then asked me like it was my fault why I hadn’t come and told them that I was here. Then they looked at their receipt tape they hadn’t pulled off any of the mobile orders there were two other people besides me who’s orders hadn’t been made. I was finally given my food with attitude at 12:42

Last time I order from this place! Order missing items more times than not. And don’t even think about getting delivery. What happened to freaky fast? Last 2 times I ordered my food was delivered almost 2 hours after it was made. Ridiculous

We had an order for two party platters and a couple of slims set for a 430 pickup. Not so freaky fast. With Jimmy John’s reputation I thought it all would be ready by 430. Nope. I got there to pick our order up at 430 and I waited until 445 for my order to be ready.

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had with Jimmy John’s. I ordered food for delivery at 11:11 am to have it for lunch at noon. Order showed delivered online around 11:50 but I did not have the order so I called. Gentleman that answered was very nice and trying to help. He said it was complete on their side and we’re just waiting for a driver. I called again at 12:11 as I still hadn’t received my order. He said they were still waiting for a driver. He put me on hold for a manager after 8 mins of being on hold I hung up and called back. I got a manager that wasn’t helpful at all. She said my order wasn’t even made. Only option she gave was a free sandwich for next time but I was still waiting on my food. She said she was very busy and didn’t have time to continue the phone conversation. I asked to cancel my order. I will be watching for the refund. I have never ever had such a horrible experience. This is ridiculous. I’m writing this as I’m sitting in line at a drive thru for lunch when I planned ahead to have lunch by noon.

Got a veggie sub with extra tomato, no cheese or mayo and a chicken bacon grilled sandwich with no cheese and no tomato. The order was taken right, but the guy making the sandwiches made what he thought he heard, not what was ordered. When we first tried coming in to the store, a girl wouldn’t stop mopping in front of the door long enough for us to come in, we had to wait for her to move. No one greeted us or even said hello, the music wasn’t blasting, but was loud enough to be annoying when trying to order and have a conversation.

This particular location needs a better person on register taking orders, but! the manager was working the line and fixed my messed up order instantly. Plus.. now they charge for ice water but she covered it for me. Like…60 cents for a cup for water?!
She said they won’t let her order the water cups anymore. And to charge for a regular cup.
Regardless, our tummies were happy and I’d go back again (speaking slowly and asking for confirmation on what i ordered)
