You’re lucky if someone is actually at the counter and if they are there’s a good chance they will mess it up even if you give them plain instructions such as “no oregano or cut it in half.” I’ve been coming here for probably 4 years now every time I pick up my significant other from the airport and only once they got my order right. Tonight I walked in and the register was completely unattended and you could hear them laughing and messing around in the back. It’s not hard to make sandwiches but tonight they decided to cut the “fresh meat” and just leave it out while they did “dishes.”

I ordered a little John BLT today and added bacon, and as you can see there’s no bacon. I didn’t have time to go all the way back to get it fixed but it was definitely wasn’t there.

Sadly, the quality and timing at this location have declined over the past few years. It’s consistently one of the slowest Jimmy John’s. No matter when I order—whether it’s before the lunch rush, during, or after—my food is never ready in less than 30 minutes. I’m not sure if they now wait for customers to arrive before starting the order, but something has definitely changed for the worse. On top of that, orders are often incorrect—missing ingredients you pay extra for like added avocado spread or bacon.

Avoid the toasted subs at least be specific on not toasting it with your lettuce on as well. If you shouldn’t microwave lettuce or cucumbers, why toast them? Toast the bread, meats, cheese and probably shouldn’t toast the “fresh” produce.

The food was good but the service could have been better. Seemed like the person taking the order was not very happy.

I ordered and the staff started to make my sandwhich. For some reason the card reader wouldn’t accept my card after multiple attempts. This is my only credit card and I don’t carry cash. While I was searching my wallet for a gift card to use instead, the guy who made my sandwhich offered to let me take it for free, “I already made it, this one’s on me” was basically what he said.
I was able to get my gift card to work and complete my purchase in full. But I appreciate the gesture nonetheless, I was in a bit of a panic! That was very kind of him and the rest of the staff! That made my day!
I’m going to start carrying cash on me again, lesson learned.
Sandwhich was great too btw.

I live *4 minutes* away. I put my address in for delivery because I have a headache and wasn’t up for driving…and it says that I’m out of the range for delivery. I guess 4 minutes is too far.

My last 2 experiences were the same. The girl at the register won’t speak. To me that is beyond rude and unacceptable. I stood there waiting for her and her tattoos to say can I help you, or can I take your order, but nope, not a word, so I stood there waiting. The sandwich maker came by after like 5 minutes and asked is you waiting fo sumptin? I said no, and left. Won’t ever come back again. Used to be a daily customer.
