This is the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. It’s actually ridiculous. I went here for 4 years while in Tosa. I’ve waited for less time at literally every other sub restaurant I’ve been to in the city. Even when I’m in the restaurant and tell them I ordered online, I wait well over 5 minutes with no one else in the store, it’s actually baffling given the reputation of Jimmy John’s.

Absolutely disappointed! I have ordered from jimmy johns at least 10 times and every single time my order is wrong or something is missing. I even double check my receipt to make sure I ordered it correctly. I understand that it gets very busy around lunch time but ,this is extremely unacceptable. I’ve had my money returned, I’ve waited the hour it takes to bring the items back to me and I’ve gotten the item credited to me and all I want is just for once to get my order correct. I work at the nearby hospital so I barely have enough time to eat let alone wait additional time for my order to come correct. I will no longer be ordering from this location. Please correct this. Please!

I’ve always enjoyed jimmy johns but after this last order, I’m done. Last night I order jimmy johns it’s almost an hour to close but I think that it’s alright. I get it for asap but after I order it says expected tomorrow. I think fine I guess I can live with just eating it for lunch. But today I decide to go back in and check the tracker and sometime last night they must delivered it but without trying to notify me at all. My food was completely covered in ants.Great job guys, thank you so much. Big tip; don’t eat here, waste of money

Jimmy Johns is almost always a solid experience. Only been to this location once, but I think I had my food before I finished paying, which is saying something about the service! No complaints here!

Took actually 2 hours to deliver a single sandwich, was entirely soggy and gross by the time it arrived. I understand that they have short staff and are swamped but 2 hours is ludicrous.

Placed a large order online the day before I needed it. Delivery was 30 minutes late. They charged me 3 times on my card. When speaking with manager, i was told this sometimes happens and i should get my money back in s couple days. It has now been FIVE days. What if i needed this money. Were not talking a 20 order

If you are short staffed close down and/or don’t accept deliveries. Ordered at 6:30, called at 7:15 was told it may still be 30-40 min, called after 30 to see if it was on its way otherwise I would pick up. Then was told there was no record of our order despite an online confirmation and earlier conversation with staff. Online says its out for delivery but we havent recieved it after 1.5 hours so… Ordered elsewhere, both end up here at the same time so i guess i have jj for lunch. Can’t wait for tosa to get another sub shop. Feel bad for the staff to be put in that situation, which based on reviews is not the first time. The owners need to step up and take a more postive & active roll.
