Food is fine but the delivery drivers do not follow the “additional instructions” notes that are left for them. They do not call or text to tell you when your food has been delivered so you don’t know how long your food has been sitting outside before the tracker is updated.

This was a delivery. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was probably the 10th time from JJ’s when asking for specific items – extra onions and Mayo and they either forgot or didn’t care. Look at this pathetic excuse for a sub, no Mayo and maybe 3 onions. I always tip as well…Jersey Mike’s and Cousin’s 100% of the time from now on.

I told them that I’m i don’t want pork and I make sure that they don’t put pork and they DID! They are so BAD. ((Im allergic to pork products)) and when my friend called the manager they literally put it as my fault because I didn’t told them I’m allergic so they can take it seriously!! Whichever neck-bearded man-child is making food here and immediately getting defensive and hanging up on customers when told he made it wrong needs therapy. I called to get it remade and was immediately told he didn’t believe me because he made it himself and hung up on me when I asked him to clarify himself. I get that it was busy like he said but don’t make your mistake my problem lmao. This ended up with dude screeching into the phone “you’re not getting your sandwich today” like what movie set is this man on lmao. Still haven’t gotten my refund.
Edit: this is the same store that adjusted their cc tip after I already have them a cash tip and I didn’t even say anything about that. Literally just wanted my right sandwich and I wanted the person on the other end of the phone to not talk down to me when I was telling him that he messed up lmao.

The staff at Jimmy John’s is always so friendly. Every time I order food, it’s always ready ahead time. I love going to this Jimmy John’s. They will always get my money because the service alone is worth every dime I spend.

I order from here pretty consistently and lately they’ve been setting up delivery though Uber which takes forever. More than a few times they have forgotten my drink. For a business that advertises “freaky fast delivery” they do a pretty poor job. You shouldn’t promise fast delivery if you can’t even staff enough drivers.

The manager Lucky hardly helped me. Just said no and left when I was having issues with the birthday sub discount not showing up on my account. I worked with this guy too and they could hardly bother to make anything right or trouble shoot with me.
Foods fine, service is mid, they need to learn how to properly wrap an unwich though. Maybe a pay raise would better incentivize the workers.

I ordered a sandwich with a gift card but when I went to get it I didn’t see it. I checked on and off a few more times but after an hour I assumed it was either stolen or not delivered? I really couldn’t tell. I called the store and let them know and they just sent me another one which I am very happy about because that was my lunch and I’m broke broke. Highly appreciate them and I hope whoever stole my sandwich goes to hell for real.

I normally don’t leave a review to places, but after reading some to make sure I wouldn’t get food poisoning or something, I saw there were a ton of negative “karen-y” reviews. However, the staff was nice and efficient. I assume someone was just venting out external anger on already underpaid employees
