NO FREAKY FAST HERE. This Jimmy Johns needs help. Love the sandwichws but the service here is out of control. They never confirm when orders are ready. They typically get slammed at lunch and there are tons of people standing around waiting including people who orders thru the app and are trying to pickup. I have complained to corporate more than once, the service continues to decline. I continue to try to give them another chance, but am constantly disappointed. I placed my order at 1PM. Called at 120 to make sure they received my order. Not only did they receive it, it was ready but the order tracker did not show that. Still doesnt. Beware when dealing with this location

Your poor employees need a little more help at lunch time. One had to split time taking orders and making sandwiches. Big delay in taking your order leading to a buildup of customers. So many people that the small building can barely hold them all.

I just want to make it known that Ben, your delivery driver is one of the nicest kindest guys I know. Today my order accidentally got placed on the pick up shelf instead of going out for delivery and Ben saw it was my order and had the shop remake my sandwich nice and hot because it sat there for a good 20 some odd minutes. It certainly wasn’t Ben’s fault. In my opinion, Ben is an absolutely stellar employee and he should get a raise!

This is a horrible restaurant with a miserable crew of people who work there. I ordered a turkey Tom and before I even got to finish paying for it they put it together and threw it down on the counter from a distance and started asking the person behind me what they wanted. The sub was even put together like crap and a few days earlier I had a doordash order that they didn’t even make the drink when it was on the ticket and again the food was crap last time I’m getting anything from there but what are you going to do when no one wants to work and they have to hire from the bottom of the barrel.

Yesterday, my office ordered from this franchise location. 3 out of 5 of us had food poisoning. I was on the toilet all evening. Before this, previous orders were light on cold cuts and shabby. Don’t order the Jalapeno Chicken Wrap from this location. They don’t even put fresh jalapenos in it. The cole slaw they stuffed it with was fermenting and not fresh. Jimmy John’s should audit them for quality standards.

I used to order from this location frequently. They’d deliver my food fast, and I was almost never disappointed!
But unfortunately, things don’t seem to be the way they used to. They will frequently miss instructions for sandwich customizations or forget items completely.
I like to give places the benefit of the doubt, like maybe they were just having an off day! But these problems were happening again and again. Sometimes, I’d place the order and request no capocollo, but find it on my sandwich anyway. Or I’d request to leave the bread in, only to find it scooped out. They’ve even forgotten to bring me a drink I ordered at least twice.
The food was alright each of those times, but it was always frustrating to be missing the things requested or, in some instances, paid extra for.
I absolutely can not recommend this location.
