This was my first time at this location and I decided on a toasted chicken, bacon and ranch sandwich with a brownie and a large diet soda, my sandwich was absolutely delicious!! This is definitely going to be my new favorite Sub, so I hope they keep it on the menu❤️. It was kind of crowded but the staff is really good at taking care of the customers fast. One thing that I really appreciate is, they gave me my cup, so I could fill up my soda, while I was waiting for my sandwich also it’s really good that they have free refills I was able to fill my soda up once, while I was waiting for my food and I just ordered it to go but the staff was very attentive and friendly!! The restaurant was very clean. It’s nice that they have public bathrooms because that can be a hard thing to find in Lake Geneva sometimes and the only downside is, you do have to pay for parking but that’s just because of where you are also that’s like that for every place around there and I just got my food to go because, my friend had somewhere to be but they did make a great impression on me. If I’m ever down this way again, I’ll definitely stop by

The sandwich had maybe 1 slice of meat on it and a sprinkle of lettuce. Sadly disappointed by the quality. Everyone always has great things to say but I must have hit it on the wrong day. I had a roast beef my daughter had a turkey with pickles she found maybe 1 pickel on her sandwich and then I had to run back because they forgot her chips. Hopefully it was just an off day but I was extremely disappointed in my sandwich today

Subject: Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service – Order Canceled by Manager

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the service I received at one of your Jimmy John’s locations.

My wife and I entered the store to place an order for 10 Turkey Tom sandwiches, while the rest of our family waited in the car. After placing our order, we sat down and watched multiple customers come and go with their food. Despite the store being nearly empty, our order was still not ready after 30 minutes.

When I asked the manager why there was such a long delay, I was told we’d have to wait another hour. I questioned this, given that there were no other customers in line, and explained that we were willing to wait it out. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager abruptly canceled our order without our consent.

To make matters worse, as we were leaving, employees behind the counter sarcastically shouted “Bye-bye!”, adding insult to an already unprofessional situation. The entire experience felt dismissive, disrespectful, and completely contrary to what I expect from a national food chain.

We will not be returning to this location—or any Jimmy John’s location in the future—after such an unacceptable experience. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that the behavior of the manager and staff is properly addressed.

Ordered a sandwich and a bottled water. After paying and waiting for them to get a water from god knows where, they handed me a warm bottle of water. I asked if the had cold ones and they did not. I asked for a refund on the water. That also became a major production. Finally got my sandwich and of course it had hot peppers that I specifically asked them not to include and mayonnaise which I did nor ask for and is not a normal component of the sandwich I ordered. Waste of money and time. Is their no training available at this store? I had to deconstruct the sandwich and eat pieces of it. All in all, a complete disappointment!

We walked in the door 8 minutes before they were closing on 9/12/13. The staff welcomed us in and did not make us feel as if we were intruding.

They took our order and made sure we knew we’d have plenty of time to eat inside if we chose to. At the end of us eating they had removed the nozzles for the soda and I didn’t realize it and was going to leave without a refill. The cashier that rang me up offered to come around the counter and put a nozzle on so I could fill up. She even did it for me.

All the staff on that late shift were incredible and after a football game we were grateful to find a place open and welcoming.

On 9/3/24 we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for two sandwiches. Initial order was wrong and we called and spoke with the team and they said they would remake the order and get it right out. One hour later, we had to call back to ask where the re-order was and instead of going out of their way to make it right they acted confused and argued. Lastly, no offer to discount or comp the order. Not pleased!

Had a problem ordering through a delivery app. I ordered within 30 minutes of the store closing. The restaurant called and told me they couldn’t finish the order. Totally understandable since they would be delivering it. They said the order would be cancelled. The delivery app didn’t cancel the order as we expected. The next day I called and talked to two employees (including the store Manager who called me back) and they were exceptionally helpful and professional. I fixed getting a credit with the delivery company later. Wanted to highlight that the store had some helpful people there.

Don’t go here on a busy day without placing an online order. I was told as a walk in that I had to place an order online and that it’d take an hour to get my food. There’s gotta be a better way. 2 stars because at least the guy at the counter was nice about it.
