This location has been barely average, at best, for years. However, it’s no longer Freaky Fast or Friendly. Deliveries take between 40 to 90 minutes for residential orders. This happens regularly even when a non-cash 20%-25% gratuity is applied pre-delivery. Half the time, the app doesn’t notify you of order status because of internal operations non-compliance. Three different voices, because no names are given when the phone is answered, offer hollow placations. Save time (and money) and use Door Dash or another service for any of the FOUR other Sub Sandwich locations in the area.

Jimmy John’s isn’t usually on my go to list. I may have to rethink that as I had #3 Tuna and it was very delicious. Tuna was fresh and same thing with the cucumbers and tomatoes. I also ordered the big pickle and I choose to have it cut in half. Looking for a good tuna sub I recommend Jimmy John’s.

WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!! Where is the ZERO star option? The only reason I’ve ordered from them at all is because of delivery but I’m done ever going here. Rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. The bread used for my sub was burnt and rock hard. I called and they told me the bread was just made FRESH. Clearly it’s old. When I asked for a new sub they told me there was NOTHING they could do for me and I’d have to file a complaint with corporate. I was told the general manager there would do nothing for me either.

VERY disappointed with this visit. Food is always good. Service is quick except for Friday night when it is busy, so I plan that. I call earlier so that it’s ready. It was Thursday night, I still called earlier, got there and called again for curbside pickup. Rolled my window down and started looking at my phone. I then realized it had been a few minutes, looked at my phone, it was 8 minutes. I walked in. 1 customer, 4 employees. I said that I had been waiting 8 minutes in my car for the order, the kid just looked around like he was lost. The customer said that there was an order on the front shelf with my name on it. I wish that I had remembered the name of who answered the phone. Like I said, normally great, but this time it sucked.
