Ordered delivery. Took 50 minutes (I live less than a mile away from the store.) Thats not freaky fast at all. Asked for mayo packets on the side, didn’t receive those. Also never got a notification that my order was delivered. Just put it outside the front door and I juat happened to walk out to see it.
I have a buzzer that could have been rung to even let me know it was there.

Short staffed. On top of that rude to customers. They looked busy when I stopped in tonight. I was told twice without eye contact “we will be with you as soon as possible.” After waiting a couple min to get my order taken I simply asked how long the wait is as they appeared very busy…. The response by the woman behind the counter “well the wait will be shorter if I can get back over there.” Complete with an eyeroll and look of disgust. Apparantly its a crime to ask if there is a long wait here. They looked extremely irritated to be working, where working frantically and were too busy to acknowledge me. Not really a place ill be coming back to.

The west bend Jimmy John’s is gross and the people are rude and delivery is freaky slow. I called to have a sub delivered to the hospital but they won’t deliver there ‘because the doctors scammed us’. I was going to argue with the guy on the phone that he would be taking my credit card info before dropping the order off but this is not the first terrible experience I’ve had here so decided to hang up on the rude people and finally leave a review. Seriously JJ has gone so far down hill recently and there are so many other good sub places in west bend just get Jersey Mikes

Jimmy John’s isn’t usually on my go to list. I may have to rethink that as I had #3 Tuna and it was very delicious. Tuna was fresh and same thing with the cucumbers and tomatoes. I also ordered the big pickle and I choose to have it cut in half. Looking for a good tuna sub I recommend Jimmy John’s.

So I ordered food online while I was out and was going to pick up on my way home. After I had paid for my food I get an email that said my estimated time for it to be ready was tomorrow. The time was around 1920, and the fact that I ordered their new tosted subs I didn’t want them cold. I then tried to call multiple times and the phone just kept ringing and ringing and no one answered. I then drove to the restaurant, and I was iratated at this point. When I got there I asked to speak to a manager about what was going on with the system giving tomorrow as a pick up time. There was no manager on duty, so I talked to the employees. Out of the three employees in there the young man, who could tell I was iratated (i didn’t hide it in my tone) was very helpful and polite. The other 2 however just gave me attitude when I told them about the email and how it’s not helpful to not have a correct pick up time. They were actually mad at me because I was irritated with their system not communicating properly, and told me that’s the way it has been and it’s not going to change. The food was OK, nothing to write home about, but this whole thing about not getting any sort of correct communication on when to actually pick up the food is very annoying. I won’t ever order online or by phone from this location again, but I will go in and order from the counter because I do like their subs. However, i was kind of let down by there toasted subs, gonna stick with cold cuts.
