I visited during a very busy lunch rush, and even with the high volume, she took the time to ask for the name on my order and ensured it was completed promptly. I didn’t mind the brief wait at all—what stood out was her ability to multitask while remaining genuinely customer-focused. Her strong leadership and positive relationships with her team are exactly why I continue to return to this JJ location.

I get it ur busy but slapping my order together is insane . Our whole order was wrong called complain. They said they would remake our sandwiches. The sandwiches barely have anything on them but yet they’re gonna charge $12 for each sub, but can’t even put a good amount of lettuce or mayo on them. I love Subway but I wanted to try a new sandwich place and this is what I get. Subway is 100% better. I don’t even know why I decided to try this place disgusting.

This Jimmy John’s does NOT keep the commitment to be fast. The wait on subs was 25-30 minutes for IN STORE orders. There were 5 people behind the counter with an order coming out every 5-10 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. They did not tell people in advance and people were cancelling orders after waiting 30 minutes. A total disappointing and does not deserve to be called Jimmy John’s.

We have ordered a lot of roast beef sandwiches from this place. They’ve always been excellent. This time we get one that’s full of fat. Call them said they can’t do anything about it. Won’t be ordering here in the future.

The ingredients are on standard with all the others. The problem lies in the customer service. We ordered delivery which took over an hour to get. And to top it off the order was wrong. below is a pic of the sandwich I ordered
A “Vito” with extra lettuce, extra onion, and extra tomato.
Afterwards I spent over 3 weeks with their customer service trying to resolve it…. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten….. I will not be back.

The most underwhelming sandwich ever. There was so little on it I felt like I was just eating a bread roll. I ordered the Vito and it was junk. First time to this location and have never had such a poor quality sandwich from Jimmy John’s before. It was so pathetic I had to go to another place to feel like I ate anything.

Not freaky fast. Whats the point of the new toasted sandwiches if the delivery takes so long it’s cold when you get it? If I ever order delivery again I definitely will not be leaving a tip. For what? An hour long wait for a sandwich that takes a couple minutes to make?
