edit: Oh the irony. Jimmy John’s responded to my review asking me to tell them what happened… I already did. I received an email from the Area Manager, who then ghosted me. That’s kinda the whole point of this review. Yikes.

I’ve been here twice. The first time they were playing heavy metal music so loud I had to leave and eat in my car. The second time, the AC was so cold I had to leave. Guests should be comfortable in your establishment not made to leave because they are so uncomfortable.

Ordered the plain slim #6 aka cheese on bread. Somehow ended up with avocado spread on it. Had to wipe it off as best as I could. Normally no issues at this location. ♀️
Okay so ordered again from this location the other day. I give up. I’ll find another location,as they messed up my order again. I wouldn’t tout as “freaky fast” when you screw it up repeatedly. Slow down a split second and I’m sure accuracy will increase. I mean, it’s Wisconsin- every moves at a snail’s pace anyhow.

Rotten smell in the place which I thought was weird considering I’ve been to a lot of other facilities and never smelt that. Got my food and sat down to eat but every table was dirty which I get if they where busy but they where not. Went to the bathroom and it was the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen at a food grade facility. I will not be returning. Added photos to show that it looks like the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

This specific Jimmy John’s always makes the best sandwiches! Like the other locations, they’re freaky fast, but in comparison to other locations, they really hook you up with the best. Our may be a little further than our nearest shop, but it’s well worth it.

What’s wrong with this location? You’re making sandwiches not putting things into space. Unfriendly employee who just wants to get off the clock. It was obvious. Needed a small platter of sandwiches and was refused, 24 hour notice needed for “catering”. My order was four sandwiches. Your sandwitchs/servings are middle of the road and small. I’ll hit Pick and Save.

Of every Jimmy John’s location I’ve been to this one is EXEMPLARY. I’ve been there everytime alex was working and he’s always put on great service with a smile. Seconds after I order I get my sandwich and can get back to work asap. Luke was also working today and genuinely this is the best Jimmy John’s location I’ve ever been to

I placed an order for delivery on Sunday at around 11:30 in the morning. My order went out for delivery around 12:15 and I kept an eye out for it since I had marked to leave it at the door. It was marked delivered at 12:45, but was not left at my door. I figured it was accidentally left at a neighbors and walked up and down my street looking, but did not see any Jimmy John’s at any home on my street.
I called the store shortly after and the person on the phone said it was marked delivered so I needed to check again. I informed him of my efforts and he said he’d have to talk to the driver and call me back.
I never received a phone call back and never received my order. I reported this issue to Jimmy John’s corporate and have yet to receive any kind of response or reimbursement. I guess I’m out $15. I do not recommend a location that does not communicate with their customers, believe their customers when they report a problem, or reimburse a customer that was wrongly charged for a product they did not receive. I’ve always loved Jimmy John’s since I’ve lived near their headquarters in Champaign, Illinois and have been a loyal supporter. I assume that the driver delivered my food to another location by mistake, but I should not have to pay for that error. This experience has been extremely disappointing at a local and corporate level.
Here we are 5 days later and it has been radio silence. No follow up or attempt to make it right, even after 3 attempts to remedy on my end.
