Horrible mushy sandwich’s. Way too expensive. My husband and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich in hopes it was as good as subway. It was a complete let down. I gaged every bite I took. The chicken and bacon were both fake meat products and the onions were extremely stout and strong the sauce was rotten tasting. The bread was bland. I choked down five bites and couldnt eat anymore. And for two sandwiches it was $24. The girl who rang our order up was so nice but the girl making out food stopped mid sandwich making and blew her nose and never washed her hands. Walking in the door it smelt amazing and had me hopeful it would taste as good as it smelt. Very dissatisfied and will never eat at another Jimmy John’s.

The lady who was giving us the food was so rude. All she said was ” move forward” and when we said ” thank you” she just shut the window not even a ur welcome or have a good night. Terrible.

The food here is usually good, however on MULTIPLE occasions I have ordered on the app for a specific time and it’s taken 30 min AFTER the time to receive my food. I also gave an ASAP web order 30 minutes before picking up and it still wasn’t done and had to wait. This store really needs to work on their app service. The walk in service sometimes has a shorter wait time but not guaranteed . Be prepared to wait 30 minutes regardless of how you order.
Edit from my most recent order – paid extra for an additional meat and it was not included, cheese was on it instead. I live 30+ minutes away. Glad I am not lactose intolerant…. Please do better

This Jimmy John’s location lives up to the freaky fast slogan! Food is always fresh and promptly delivered. Robert, the delivery driver, is fantastic. Very friendly and quick.

The staff was warned about our allergies, and a member didn’t change their gloves, despite the manager telling them that was the policy! Then they handled our food with their contaminated gloves! Do not recommend if you have any allergies! The manager tried, but we could tell the trainees more training to safely handle orders.

This has been my favorite place in the past but as of lately, the food has gotten me sick! What happened?! Are you guys cleaning your prep area? Cheese & meat slicer, Vegetable rotation area?
I thought it was just a fluke last time when my wife & I got sick but this is the 2nd time!
I am very disappointed .. like I said, this was my favorite sandwich place but now I’m worried that I’ll get sick due to unsanitary food prep or storage. You guys have alot of potential, but you guys need to tighten up before you come crashing down due to carelessness or overlooking the small details.

How many times does it take to make a #5 with ONLY LETTUCE? The last time I was here it took 3 different sandwiches to get the right one. This time I get handed a pick up order, then brought my order to look in the bag and there’s an entire ranch open and all over everything. He comes back to the window and said “what did we mess up this time?” I said “there’s a ranch open and all over everything.” He said to his coworkers “guys what are we even doing?!” Proceeds to shut the window walk away and was laughing about it. He adds cookies in the bag for the “inconvenience” then to open my sandwich to it to be wrong and me having to go back AGAIN. Go back in to get the sandwich remade and the guy just try’s to offer more cookies. I’m sorry but even after trying to give me free cookies, how does that change anything? I worked at jimmy John’s for many years and it is not hard to make a sandwich THE CORRECT WAY THE FIRST TIME! Seems like everyone there needs to be retrained on how to make a sandwich PROPERLY.

Went through the drive through tonight, got home and realized my order was wrong, called back to the store and told Chris what happened, he had someone drive me a new sandwich across town for the mistake. They didnt have to do that but he did, great service.

I absolutely love Jimmy Johns!! It’s become my new favorite food addiction. They have great service and are quick and the bread is amazing!! I have to get two sandwiches every time I go because I know I’ll want the other one later. I’ve gotten my boyfriend on this kick as well, so that’s four sandwiches every time, $35 well spent.. And idk who was making sandwiches today, but they did a superb job!! Probably the best sandwiches I’ve ever gotten, and I’m already hooked, but the quality of my sandwiches today is the only reason I got on to leave this review.. great job whoever you are!! I’ve been wanting a sandwich since my birthday two days ago, finally went to get them, and they are phenomenal, so thank you, thank you, thank you!! Thick sliced pickles

Ordering and receiving sandwich was easy and fast. Unfortunately I am not a fan of the bread and it was overall a bland sandwich, no flavor, no spices, couldn’t even taste the avocado. If you like plain sandwiches this place is for you!
