Went through and ordered the #6 (the veggie). Drive through went well, the cashier definitely could have been more friendly- very cold and non conversational (which could’ve been due to her having a bad day or whatever- which is fine, but you also have to be somewhat friendly with customers). However, the issue comes into play when I get home and open my sandwich. Like I said above, I order the veggie (which is just cheese, mayo, avocado, lettuce, cucumber, and tomato) and went to dig in cause ya girl hungry. However, the sight of some extremely pale and nasty looking cheese, or that’s what I thought. Upon looking at that piece of cheese closer, I realised it was MEAT. Although this might not seem like a big deal, but I am allergic to meat and could have had an extreme reaction. The employees reaction was also extremely childish. Don’t get me wrong they did remake the sandwich for free, but that was it. I returned to the store to get a new sandwich and the lady that took the sandwich told the sandwich makers that this sandwich was made wrong. To which the sandwich makers all got super defensive and would say “I didn’t make it” or “I just got here”. They did eventually make the correct sandwich and handed it to me with a half-assed “sorry that that happened”. Glad I got the correct sandwich, but definitely should’ve been given compensation (not necessarily a monetary compensation) for having driven home just to have to turn around to get the sandwich I definitely should’ve been given the first time.

I order at this location often and usually do not have a whole lot of issues. Today, I went through the drive through and ordered my usual, #4, no mayo, add provolone and pickle. Every time I order at this location I feel very rushed by the person taking my order in the drive through. I am not even able to get my full order out without them immediately saying “do you want to add cheese?” “chips and a drink?” If they would just listen to my order, they wouldn’t have to ask those questions. I feel like they are always so concerned about asking follow-up questions that they are not listening to my order. Today my sandwich had mayo, and no tomato. which is the opposite of what I wanted and asked for. Sandwich was still good, but would have been better without mayo and with tomato 😉

They delivered to my address once before.I decided to try them again and they told me that my address that they deliver to me once before that center point road is not in there zone.Which was confusing because they had all my information in their database they took my order then call me back and told me this. You can come pick it up yourself or we can give you a refund that will take 2 to 3 business days before the transaction can go back on to my card. When it was all said and done I was in fact in there zone and on top it off they had my order completely wrong and forgot a few items as well when they decided to deliver me my order.

For a place to pick up a quick sandwich, it is great. Fresh ingredients with quality deli meats and cheese and great fresh baked bread as well. It is clean inside if you choose to eat there. It’s all around a better choice than going to Subway. Opinions vary, but our family likes this establishment a lot, and we eat here roughly once every 3 weeks or so. Give them a try.

Every single time we order online the mess up our order. I know this can happen every now and again. But every single time!!! Come on. When a person orders a sandwich with 4 bleeping things on it one would think this should be a very simple task. Wrong. Wrong. They will find a way to screw up your order! You are much better off going elsewhere to eat.
