Only ate here once but it was a delight. Food was fast. One might say freakily fast. And the flavor of the subs is out of this world. I get the #7 spicy east coast Italian and momma mia it’s so good. Highly recommend especially before hopping on I80!

Freaky fast… freaky rude!
First time in this location and last as well. Had to ask what all came on a sandwich because of it being covered by an advertisement and the cashier with the green paw on her cheek spoke so softly I couldnt hear her.
Then placed my order and told them regular and got a toasted sub. When I said it wasn’t supposed to be toasted the same girl had an attitude and said “you have to tell us that” well if you were listening when I placed my order, I did.
I wanted a sandwich, not a cardboard meat pocket.

Food was okay. My sandwich was on the dry side with the bread. Place was almost awkwardly quiet. We were 2 of 4 people eating there so kind of odd. Ordering was fast and easy once they explain how it worked as it was my first time at one of these places. Might try again to see if same results or not. So with first ever time there solid 3 stars.

The last three times I have gone here, something has been wrong with my order. The second time, we called to tell them there was ham when it should’ve been turkey and they said they would add a $5 credit to our Jimmy John’s account. This third time they deny it ever being added to the account. And there was avocado added to my turkey tom (#4) when it clearly doesn’t come with avocado and we didn’t request it. Probably won’t be back to visit a fourth time.

I placed a Mobile order for 1 Sandwich at 12:35pm. The Mobile “Promise” which is promoted In-Store is “No Line, No Wait.” When I arrived at 12:42pm, there was a long line of people. That’s OK, I thought. My Order is already in the Queue. Then, after about 5-6 minutes of waiting, I noticed that the JJ Rep at the Cash Register was taking Orders – some from groups, and placing the
ahead of an Order that was at the end of the line. So I got in line. Another 5 minutes passed before I made my way to front of the line – and sure enough the Order that kept getting “leap-frogged” was mine!!! So much for No Line, No Wait. I asked why the Rep was doing that and she told me people in the store took priority. That and they were out of bread. Hmm, I didn’t see anyone else not get their Sandwich because of a Bread shortage. And I turned around and point directly at the JJ Sign that states clearly – No Line, No Wait. Talk about False Advertising!! Look, I don’t mind waiting my turn when I arrive at the Store – but if I had not “checked in” after already waiting 10+ minutes, who knows when they would have gotten around to making my sandwich. The Sign is the Mobile Order Brand Promise – and JJ failed to keep that Promise!!!

This particular location is freaky slow. Remember thr days of 30 seconds or less? Try 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches.
They were all wrong too. Nothing extra that we paid for. The avocado was a bare smear. All in all, this location is slow and greedy with ingredients.
The young lady we had take our order and make our sandwiches also looked like she couldn’t give less of a damn about literally anything.

OMG best experience atJimmy Johns ever. I ordered a Vito, but after reading their menu, I quickly changed it, to a number seven which is a Vito with extra meat and peppers really wasn’t sure if I would like it, but walked out, the sandwich was great so if you like the Vito, you might like the number seven as well. My real reason for writing the review was the meat was freshly cut. The bread was fresh when some of the businesses are open first few hours, you get old product. This location stated they cut their meat fresh everyday and freshly cooked bread, I have to admit it was the freshest I’ve had in at least two years. Something I want to add is when u walk in some where and the people make u feel like u ruined their day by coming into the establishment I really don’t like to bother coming back but they enjoy what they there and just make u feel like u want to come back. Thank u guys for what u do!!!!!

Slow and disengaged employees. No one else was in the store and they still managed to make my sandwich wrong and didn’t put it up to the pickup shelf when it was done, I had to tell them that I had an order back there.
I ordered extra mayo and they didn’t put it on, then when I asked for packets they only gave me two, one of which didnt open so I had to go up there and ask for more again…
I mean whatever but Jimmy Johns is supposed to be fast and on point, not slow and wrong.
Also the bread was stale. I want my money back.

Went around 1:30 today for sandwhiches through drive thru. When waiting for food, employees were standing in middle talking so it took a while to get food. Asked if the kicking ranch was in bag because I didn’t see her put in. I asked her if the kicking ranch was in bag. She said yes. Apperantly I should have checked bag, even though I asked. Got home and no kicking ranch and we got a couple.
