i’ve been coming to this location for years and have always had good experiences. However, today I am heartbroken to find out that the assistant manager Climmy does not know how to rotate back post in rocket league and he is a terrible 2V2 teammate. He insists on challenging as last man and we can’t get out of champ 3. Other than that he makes amazing sandwich’s and is super nice to all

Ordered a Tuna Sandwich. Not sure it could be called a sandwich. Showed my co-workers the amount of tuna after taking a bite and only tasting cucumbers. I would estimate 1 tablespoon of tuna in this small sandwich. Says something when you can taste the cucumber garnishment over the “meat” of the sandwich! Should have taken a photo!

Tried to order delivery. I don’t have a car and live 1.5 miles away. They said that’s “outside their radius”. So you only deliver within a mile of the store? REALLY?!
RE: SEE: DON’T HAVE CAR. Will not be going to a Jimmy John’s again. If I can walk there in 30 minutes you can drive here in your delivery time. It’s a backwards policy, I’ve lived in 5 different states, all with Jimmy John’s and NEVER been able to get delivery. Only delivering within 1 mile doesn’t make it fast, just lazy, and you lose a LOT of potential customers. Goodbye Jimmy John’s, I truly loved your sandwiches, but can no longer support your company policies. Good food doesn’t excuse abysmal service.

This Jimmy John’s is my go-to place for lunch during the work week. Even if there is a line, I have my food in five or less and it always tastes excellent (you can’t go wrong with the #9). The people who work there are friendly and seem very competent at what they do. I don’t usually eat my food at the restaurant but, when I do, it’s a pleasant experience. Their choice of music is also better than most fast-food restaurants.

One pro-tip for you: Order online. You can customize your sub much more than in-store, and it’s easier on the staff because they have everything printed.
I get mine with extra lettuce, no tomato, add cucumber, add light oil & vinegar (they put on a lot if you order the regular amount), add oregano and sometimes substitute the white bread for wheat.
This is a complicated order, and they’ve NEVER messed it up at all. That’s very impressive. The staff there is always very nice too, more so then other places.

Door dash was taking too long to deliver so the JJ driver delivered it himself. I was super pleased with this location’s accommodations, despite door dash’s poor service. Next time I will just order through the Jimmy Johns website.
