Two terrible interactions! Came in Saturday and they completely got my order wrong. I called and spoke to a manager and she apologized and told me to come back in and they would give me a free sandwich. I came in today and I was told the manager is to busy and she doesn’t remember it and she is to busy to help me. I had 4 cars behind me and I couldn’t back out so I ordered my sandwich. It took exactly 22 minutes to receive my order. While at the drive through windows I heard the manager telling employees to tell customers we are way to busy just tell the customers to cancel there orders. Very unprofessional behavior and they didn’t keep there promise about fixing there mistake. I will never be back!

Freaky Slow. Took over an hour despite being 1 mile from the store. My actual driver was very sweet and prompt. The store just took forever to send out the order.

Freak fast delivery my rear end. They don’t even have in house delivery drivers if I wanted to pay with a card or have a 3rd party fee for bringing it to me I would have chose that route don’t call me and say you can’t accept cash don’t make it an option on your app

Been waiting over an hour for my delivery and I live 5 minutes away from the store, called and the person who answered was so rude and couldn’t get off the phone with me fast enough and spoke over me the entire time.

Had to wait over 45 min in the drive thru. This is absolutely horrible considering their entire slogan is “freaky fast.” Forced us to be late to an event. I will never come back to this location ever again.

I went into this Jimmy Johns to pick up something for me and my husband, Rebecca was the cashier she was great and accommodating even though she was new she tried to help, I have a severe dairy and egg allergy and asked if the bread had dairy and egg in it, David the “manager” was irritated and rude and said idk and I asked if he could look for me, he said yeah in 10 min.
Rebecca was trying to help and be accommodating she brought the bread box out and let me look at it. The manager could have done the same thing. I just said to David that he should maybe know the major allergens in the bread for people who have food allergies and his response ” in the 2 years I have worked here no one has ever asked me” in snark manner. Ok cool thanks!
If he is a manager he needs customer service training ASAP! Rebecca was awesome.

Would have provided more had service actually been given. Lady working had a very hard time when computer system was down. Was argumentative about pricing, cancelled order and turned her back. Had to go to another Jimmy Johns just to get the sandwiches. Won’t me going back to the East Broadway store again.

The worst JJ. Waited almost a half an hour in the drive through for an order made through the app. Once I was at the window to pick up my food I was told they just started working on it and I should drive around back through. When I said I could park and go inside but would not re enter the line I had just waited almost a half hour in, the person at the window acted upset and said never mind just to wait. When I was given the food my drinks were over full and had pop all over the outside of the cups. This proceeded to make a mess all over my car. He did hand me napkins but seems like it was almost on purpose that it was so messy and over full. Either way it’s not hard for me to believe that there are so many one star reviews here. Don’t waste your time coming to this JJ.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was notified that my order had been delivered, but when I checked, nothing was there. I called to follow up, only to find out my order had been sitting there for over an hour and hadn’t even been sent out. On top of that, the person I spoke with was completely unhelpful and actually hung up on me. This level of service is unacceptable — I expected better communication, accountability, and basic professionalism.
