Im a first time customer.. Frankly disappointed with my sandwich. Purchased a regular pepe #1 box meal with lettuce tomato and onion. I got the barest minimum of each on there…almost like “why even bother?” It’s not like you can see it being made since there is a partition, but it was super sad to see. I won’t be back. Waste of money. The restaurant was clean, pleasant music during my 15 minute wait to order and get sandwich. No receipt was provided at all…why? Side note on the menu board…I wear glasses and even with those on I had to wet close and squint as the font used isn’t easy to read. Employees were wearing masks and all very nice.

You think you’d put an order in ahead of time so that when you get there it’s ready right? NOPE! Put an order in 20 minutes before arriving and still had to wait 10 minutes for my 1 single sandwich to be ready. Matter fact A GUY ARRIVED AND PAID FOR HIS SANDWICH IN PERSON and he got his order before me! The employees of this jimmy johns clearly DON’T CARE! If you’re gonna put an order in ahead of time to save time go to a different jimmy johns.

The quality of food through the drive-through is extremely poor and has gone down for several months now. Our sandwiches for our office were covered in oil and the bread was soaked. We have taken Jimmy John’s off of our corporate account.

I have no idea why the worker Kayla was so rude in drive through. There were no issues while ordering but everytime I went to talk she kept closing the window on me. I can never get them to take my phone number for rewards and when I asked her about it, she told me to go online and enter it (I’ve tried this before with no luck and when I told her that, she slammed the window again, mid sentence.) she was incredibly unprofessional and for no reason, as I never had an issue until she acted crazy. Food was good and correct but service was very poor.

Ordered 2 sandwiches for drive through pickup. One sandwich was good, but not cut, as it was requested. The other sandwich was mediocre. No extra oil/vinegar nor was it cut, as requested. Why have those as options on the web site if they are just ignored? Every time we order from here, it’s always something.

Absolutely worst service!! The lady made a delivery at my house and as she was leaving decided she should flip me the bird for whatever reason. I had nothing to do with the order and was just sitting in my truck on the phone. Then she told the manager there was not even a truck in the driveway.
