This location sucks. Today I ordered a jimmy cubano and a turkey/roast beef add bacon. My cubano had roast beef on it and my turkey/roast beef had no bacon. Not sure if I was charged as I didn’t get a receipt.

I got my order for pickup, and all the people working were super nice, and they made a small mistake of forgetting my chips, which I’m also at fault for because I forgot to check. Either way they were more than willing to give them to me when I went back and said something. I can only complain about price but they can’t do anything about that, that’s a corporate issue.

The employee was quite rude. Interrupting, rushing, attitude when I asked for a tuna unwich because I didn’t specify which one. I am always polite and understand he probably didn’t want to be there, so did not feel it was justified to be treated like this. When I get to the window he said nothing just pushed my items at me and walked away. We get home and the unwich my mom ordered was a regular sandwich. She has T1D and has to watch her carbs, so now has to take more insulin than planned. Overall very negative experience and we were just getting back from visiting my dad’s grave…. Every time I have interacted with this specific employee he is like this, it was just worse tonight.

Using a Uber driver I don’t feel comfortable with a stranger who doesn’t work for the company as a company driver I don’t trust too many but jobs and unsafe ppl who to say they don’t put something in the food or something else happens I say it be liability issues. Get some actual company drivers you loose lots of business

Everything was quick and tasted great. Dill Chips were great
Although the guy at the counter was lacking much in the way of support or welcoming. One of the guys making food more than made up for with his energy and interactions.
Interesting signs around the building and very clean. Would recommend giving it a try.

I just hope the food is good. Been sitting here 30 minutes for my order. Watched 3 people order and leave before me. And I used the app for “faster service”
I also see that they took down every freaky fast sign in the restaurant, because clearly fast isn’t an option here. I’ll stick to the one on E Broadway like I should have

I bought my son an Unwich because he couldn’t have bread, he didn’t want any veggies. They gave me literally a sliver of meat and charged extra for the cheese. I paid over 7$ for a piece of lettuce. I talked to the girl at the window and she didn’t care at all. Worst experience ever.

Stopped in for the same sandwich I got a day prior at a jimmy John’s in Omaha and the sandwich was burnt and hard as a rock. I went back because of this and the guy told me that even if I get a new sandwich it’s still going to be burnt. The sandwich I had in Omaha was had a nice bite to it and wasn’t hard at all. Very let down by a place that a frequent!
