Took an hr to get lunch! This has happened multiple times on many different occasions! When I questioned why it took an hr to get lunch the driver just said it’s lunch time and left! Very unprofessional! Frustrating when you work at a school and only have a small amount of time to eat and miss lunch!

Ordered and sandwich barely had any tuna on it I had to make my own tuna salad or all I could taste was bread also ordered a unwich and it was not wrapped all the way in lettuce it was more like a boat because no lettuce on the top only sides and bottom made a mess.

2nd time I’ve had to call and make a complaint about delivery drivers not knocking and/or using my door bell when dropping off order. Tonight my order was dropped off and sitting on my porch for who knows how long. Only way I knew my order was dropped off is because I took my trash out and saw it. Called and spoke with the assistant manager who copped up an attitude about it. He told me he was the one who personally dropped off my order and guaranteed me he knocked. My front door is steps away from my living room, there was no knock or door bell ring. He told me he’d let his manager know about this “situation”, yea.. right.. bc it keeps happening

Delivery drivers are very unprofessional! Special instructions such as please do not knock, are rarely followed. Cash is left for a tip and they are to busy circling “no tip” in two spots on the receipt that they don’t see the cash that was left. Food is great, delivery service needs improvement and professionalism!

Delivery people are wonderful, but when I called about a missing cookie( 2nd time in 1 week), and then noticed my sandwich was ham and not turkey. They did not offer to fix anything. No cookie, etc. Our staff order a ton from this place daily for lunches, and usually no issues other then minor ones. I was very disappointed with how the gentleman responded and never offered to fix or refund me.
