Ordered a sandwich and a drink. Asked for it to be cut in half and asked for napkins. Sandwich was not cut in half, no napkins (not the first time). One has to be specially careless to miss a simple request and not to include basic necessities like napkins with the order.

Ordered a Slim #5 and wasn’t allowed to get oil which is labeled under “freebies”. Was told they’d have to charge me for a normal #5. No where on the menu does the freebies say it doesn’t apply to slims. Also, when ordering your asked if you’d like to tip. Since when do you tip before receiving a service….? Service was quick today so that’s why I’m giving them 3 and not 2 stars.

Food was as usual. However, the music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. When we were ordering my 4 yr old daughter waved at the lady cashier with red hair and said hi. The lady cashier just stood there with a gloom look on her face and looked at her then looked away. This lady should have zero contact with the public. I ordered a sandwich just minus the tomatoes…. I accidentally had condiments on my son’s sandwich for pickup order. When they found out my error, they said we’ll make you another. There was no question about making a new one. They were very helpful and kind about it and my son had something to eat after a day of soccer games. We will be back to that location!! Cannot thank you enough.

I order my food about 40 minutes ago and nothing, I called them about 20 minutes ago and they said it would be here within the next 5 minutes and still nothing. I only get half an hour for lunch and this was my first day and my new position so when I don’t have things set up at the right time it makes me look like I don’t know what I’m doing.
The website promotes a 5 minute delivery but realistically I would understand 10 or 15 minutes but not 40. I could have driven over there and back in that time easy.

Food wasn’t too bad. It was likely the kind of sandwich you would expect. But the service, was not good. The young gentleman who made my sandwich was pleasant. But the young lady taking the order was rude and unfriendly. Aside from her tattoo’s, she had no personality what-so-ever. This was my first visit to a Jimmy John’s. I was unfamiliar with the menu selections and clearly this young lady had no interest in making my experience a positive one. In fact, she seemed to go out of her way to make me uncomfortable. There are many eateries that are eager to serve the customer. I will be patronizing them.

I’m pretty bummed to give a bad review because I love Jimmy John’s, and the food I’ve gotten has always been what I expect. I go to this Jimmy John’s often and each time I know 2 things to be true: the drive thru will take a long time and it’s unlikely anyone will smile and say thank you. I have yet to experience good customer service here (in the drive thru) and try to avoid coming if I can visit a different location nearby.

The staff here is super friendly. Although someone else walked off with my order, they remade it for me and apologized at least 5 times. I repeatedly told them it wasn’t a big deal and they kept saying how sorry they were. Waiting for 2 subs to get made was still WAY faster than McDonald’s or any other “fast” food, plus a trillion times yummier! Love this place
