I enjoy the sandwiches at Jimmy Johns but this location gets my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve tried ordering from here multiple times hoping it improves but my orders are consistently missing ingredients or items are missing entirely. Probably going to start ordering Jersey Mike’s from now on…

Attempted to reach out to the link that was provided in the owners response to this review. The person who was emailing with me regarding my concerns essentially told me to direct my concerns to DoorDash even though these problems persist regardless of if I order direct or not. After stating this, they have stopped responding to me altogether. Very disappointed.

I go this Jimmy Johns all the time and love their food. The staff is always friendly and the food is always made fast. I wouldn’t recommend going on weekended nights thought.

Easily the worst sandwich I’ve ever got from a JJ. Not what I ordered at all, overflowing with way too many ingredients and the wrong ones, A complete waste of $10. If I hadn’t ordered takeout I would’ve asked for my money back. Do better JJ.

Ordered via the phone app at 10:30, as soon as the store opened on College Street. Got my order with a side of protein in my drink… A large bug was plastered to the inside of my drink’s lid. Do not order from here until they get their hygiene up to regulation. Disgusting!

FIRST time ordering for delivery. It took 1hr and 25 min. The delivery driver handed me a box and soda was pouring from the bottom. All the subs were wet. He stated “Not my fault it tipped over.”

This location is probably one of the worst in the area. Every single time I order, my food takes about an hour to get to my house. I live 5 minutes away from the store. I don’t get it. I’m sick and cannot leave the house otherwise I would’ve just picked it up myself, especially if I knew it would take this long. My sandwich was also very sparse with few ingredients in it. At least they got my order right so I gave 2 stars.
I would like to add that I ALWAYS tip. I work in food service so I know that tips are essential. My order is usually $10 and I always tip $5 or more yet they still take forever to deliver. Go to the location on Viking if you can, it’s 10000x better.

First time ordering delivery. I ordered a Little John – BLT with oregano (it was bacon, lettuce, mayo, pickles)They didn’t add the tomato or oregano pretty disappointed. The potato salad was the only positive thing. Also, a rip off for the price

College Hill location is the worst!! Order from app about one time a week and always seem to be a problem with every delivery. Call store and “nothing” they can do about it but come back, get the food and remake the order. Already takes an hour from app order to delivery and will not wait two hours for sandwiches. The ease of delivery is not freaky fast nor quality.

You call and tell me that you close in 5 mins (10pm)
I say that GPS says 8 mins and ask if someone would be able to just wait a few extra mins so we can just swing by.
He says no (they’re leaving at 10).
Hope your subs aren’t as bad as your attitude.
Will update review once I actually get to try your food.
AND after I get my money back.
