The last 2 times I have ordered I have had 3 sandwiches that had lettuce and on all 3 the lettuce was BAD. The first order I thought was just a fluke so I didn’t do a review then but after this 2nd bad lettuce experience I needed to share that the products being used do not seem fresh. I have an attached a photo to show how the lettuce was gross and slimy. The first order was done at 11am and the second order was a week later (yesterday) around 2pm. I love jimmy John’s but I don’t think I will be going there for awhile knowing the product is not fresh. Side note the employees were less than friendly when I went there at 2pm – they seemed bothered to even have to fill an order. 🙁

I really like Jimmy John’s sandwiches, but me being a local guy walking into a restaurant to nothing but trash on the floor food all over the tables and help stand around being obnoxious and ridiculous in front of customers and not really even catering to those customers. It’s bogus when Grace is there in the store working here in Fort Dodge is always clean as always friendly service, and a very attentive the 4 guys there at the store today 8/26/2024 complete opposite and in my opinion if they were working for me it my restaurant they wouldn’t have a job and they should be ashamed of yourselves serving people in that kind of a disgusting environment

Got a call that they did not have any drivers for delivery so I had to cancel my order. Pretty sad when you advertise your business on super fast delivery and you don’t have your own drivers. Instead of subbing your business out to 3rd party drivers maybe you should hire your own! Avoid this location at all cost.

Four of us went into Jimmy Johns in Fort Dodge, IA about 1pm. We ordered 4 sandwiches and pop. The shelves holding bags of chips were practically empty, the cashier couldn’t figure out what coins to use to make my change, and I had to ask for someone to fill the ice in the soda machine as it was completely empty on a 90° day.After waiting 20 minutes, with other customers after me being served, found out our $38 food order was never given to the kitchen. When I asked where our order was, the manager mocked me, saying “so sorry you’re having a bad day” “what will make you have a better day” but he never apologized for any of it. He was loud and rude. We won’t be back.

Ordered jimmy johns and from the start got a teenager with an attitude. Asked for kicking ranch, had no idea what it was and did not include it in my order. Has to ask for it, after being started at like I was dumb I got my ranch and weird looks. Their staff needs to be trained better or maybe just this teenager.

The past three times I’ve ordered delivery they don’t have a driver. Kind of hard to be freaky fast without a driver there guys. It also helps if you let the person know there order isn’t coming. Instead I had to call them just to be told there’s no delivery guy!!! Last time I even think about ordering from Jimmy John’s in Ft. Dodge Iowa. Ridiculous. Y’all need to get it together or quit offering delivery. To say I’m pissed is an understatement. This review is going everywhere I can possibly think of to post it!

I had ordered Jimmy John’s for lunch and had it delivered to me at work. The young man that delivered it didn’t say anything. He just sat it down on the counter and left. I then go to eat my sandwich and it was covered in rotten brown lettuce. I tried to take off as much of the lettuce that I could. Took pictures of it. I hate half of the sandwich and had to throw it away. I am 34 weeks pregnant and have been sick with food poisoning for 5 days..

I ordered through DoorDash for delivery. They were unable to deliver it, so we did pick up instead, and they did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the status. Much appreciated! These folks were great. Thank you all for the work you put in. People need to be kinder to those in the food industry, because I could have thrown a fit about having to pick up my order, but I know from experience in the food industry that things happen where things don’t always go as planned. Thanks again!
