I requested EZ mustard and got more than generous amount. So much it made the sandwich nearly non-edible for my liking. I’ve never had an issue like this before and I’ve been to several locations and order the same thing each time.

Christopher(?) was rude at the drive through. When we pulled up he just yelled “Jimmy John’s” through the speaker. We asked for a sandwich, chips, and a drink. He said “k 12.28” then we pulled forward. he didn’t ring up the chips on the order (we didn’t know that obviously) and when we asked if we could get some chips he said “what kind?” and we asked for plain chips. he walked away and then returned and threw a bag of chips at us through the car window and then shut the drive through window walked away. No “have a good day” or “thank you” or anything. super disappointing and rude service won’t be back.

Due to our order didn’t have I called the Mason city store. I thought I had ordered chips and a pickle. The girl was rude trying to explain what happened. Asked for corporate number she said no, and then said I shorted there driver . 17 cents we gave her all the money plus a tip I also told her I can go somewhere else from now. She stated good.Tammy funk state on my post. She is looking into and found my receipt and posted my receipt twice with my name address and phone number I deleted it. Bought a giant tuna sandwich at 10am. Very fresh. Tomatoes were red, cukes crunchy etc. Also bought a little french meat baguette for later. So happy open and next to laundromat as stopped and then onward. Nice folk at Jimmy Jon’s too!

It was okay; I got The Caesar Chicken wrap; It was okay definitely a surprise to bite into a cold chicken wrap. Didn’t remove tomatoes like requested so service was eh. its okay for something quick, but not worth the return

Ordered a tuna sandwich – got a completely dry sandwich with tuna right out of the can. No mayo or dressing of any kind. Also the tuna was only on about half the sandwich. We just moved to Mason City and have never had an issue with Jimmy Johns previously. Always loved their tuna when prepared correctly.

We ordered online, got the out for delivery notification and waited about 35 minutes before calling the store and getting told he should be here any minute……another 20 minutes later we got our food..both sandwich and wrap were soggy and soda was dropped. He also smelled like an ash tray.

I have had issues with my last two orders. Earlier in the week I ordered a sandwich without tomatoes and with extra mayo, sauce and oregano. They left the tomatoes off, but didn’t put any of the other condiments on. Today my sandwich was almost the exact opposite of what I ordered. Once again, I ordered no tomatoes, extra mayo, sauce and oregano. This time they put tomatoes on it and none of the other condiments. I even double checked my receipt and online order to make sure I didn’t check the wrong button. I’m sure I’ll be back, but this is getting frustrating.

What an incredible experience! I ordered 36 mini Jimmy’s online and had a pick-up time of 4:00pm on the order. I walked in the store at 3:58 and they were just finishing boxing them…perfectly punctual! While in the store it began to downpour rain. One of employees actually went out in the rain to his car and got an umbrella to help me carry out the boxes in the pouring rain. The entire staff was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating to my requests. Well done Jimmy Johns…this is business that should be modeled by many for exceptional customer service. If I could give six stars, I certainly would. Thank you!
