The employees are professional, hard-working, efficient, and friendly. The store is clean, and the parking lot is very spacious and shared with all the other stores in the strip mall. I like Jimmy John’s better than any of the fast food sub competition. I think the food here is a step above most the other fast food restaurants.

This is the closest Jimmy Johns to my place of work. Seems like they never get our order right. Must be consistently short staffed because it takes over an hour for them to even start making our food. Then they use another service to deliver our food. I gave feedback to Jimmy Johns and they just suggested I reach out to the store directly, but it looks like another person who reviewed went that route and got nothing back. Some serious work needs done with this store. Crazy they are ok with this standard. VERY disappointing.

Kevin was fantastic tonight but he was the only staff who was working. I am not sure what happened but a staff member should never be alone especially during a rush. Kevin was quick paced and kind as he got everyones orders made. Jimmy Johns this is unacceptable. Other locations should jump in to help and send team members as customers were waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. The low stars are not due to Kevin as he was great. They are due to leaving a staff member alone without proper help.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT.
Placed an order for delivery. After an hour I decided I would go and pick up the food because I hadn’t heard anything from them. After picking up the order, I called and asked them to refund the $10 tip for the delivery driver. They said they would have to refund the entire order and charge me for the total without the tip, but the refund could take up to 7 days to hit my account. That is $55 out of my account for a week because I decided to pick up my order. UNBELIEVABLE!

3/9/26 update. Ordered another sandwich that they just didnt put toppings in…I think im good with this Jimmy Johns Location. They just can’t seem to get an order right…if it’s not 1 thing then its another. Deliveries from this location is via Uber.

Best Jimmy John’s experience yet! We have been on the road traveling the U.S. for 2 months eating JJ every few days across the states. Jason at this Jimmy John’s not only made me the best sandwich I’ve ever had but provided excellent customer service! Honestly Jason made the whole experience spectacular and definitely deserves the recognition.

I ordered food online through the app. They didn’t have a driver and contracted the delivery to uber. The Uber driver canceled the order and took the food. Three weeks and multiple calls trying to get this fixed I still haven’t received a refund the owner and managers do not seem to care about stealing the customers money! 0 stars would not recommend
