Ordered online to save even more time-but there was nothing “freaky fast” about it despite seeing 5 guys working. Waiting at the window saw flies on counter and when I said “Hi! How are you?” to the large guy that handed me my drinks, I was met with the millennial stare and silence. Waited forever to get the food so had time to notice a guy with a dark, full beard, with NO hairnet, making the sandwiches. Once we got home, the lettuce on my unwich was old and spotted. Do better JJ’s. Do better.

2/17/23 EDIT – Lowering to 1 star from 3. I gave this location another chance. Ordered another tea. I assumed this issue would be fixed considering I was told my complaint was forwarded to the franchise owner. So once again I was given a cup of tea that smelt like alcohol and tasted absolutely disgusting. I don’t understand how their tea is always old. I am done using this location. Sickening.

Ordered a wrap, pasta salad, and a large unsweetened iced tea. Everything was amazing except for the tea. Unfortunately, the tea was very old and fermented. I am glad I didn’t continue to drink it and get food poisoning. I did reach out to the company directly about this. I hope the team at this location gets retrained on food safety.
