I won’t ever go back till they fix the exit driveway leaving the drivethru. There is literally a 10’x10′ section of crushed and depressed concrete that is over 8″ deep. I’ve seen multiple cars (including mine) bottom out everytime I’ve used the drivethru. Ive also seen broken car bumper plastic in the hole of death. If I was an owner it would be my top priority, it’s a shame you have let this get this bad for so many YEARS!

BEWARE! Did you know??? Buying a Combo at JJ only saves you $.12? That’s what I was told today after ordering 2 Combo Favorites. Used the drive-through. I thought $30.28 was high for 2 combos but I was in a long line and kid that took my order had had a very hard time. At home I looked at receipt and saw that I was charged ala carte for the chips and drinks. A total of $8.08. I drive all the way back and went into store. Told my story to guy at cash register. He said he would issue a refund ($30.56) and recharge my card for correct amount. Sounded like a plan to me. The second charge was $29.83!!! When I asked for explanation he rudely said ‘you only save .$12 when you buy those combos’. Like I should have known.

Waited for a delivery for an hour only to call and find out they are 2 hours behind on delivery’s this was not advertised on their website, app or doordash. Extremely disappointed especially since they are supposed to be “Freaky Fast” If I could post this with 0 stars I would.

Good sandwich… needed more pickles, but you can never put enough on it in my opinion. I used the app to order and had to walk in to get more order, due to the trailer I was pulling & low clearance of the drive through. As I entered I was yelled at because I wasn’t in a full hazmat suit. I told them I was here for my pickup and couldn’t go through drive through. I was handed my bag without another word spoken to me. Not even a thank you. Likely will not return due to this location.

A little disappointing to see a national ad but to learn this Jimmy John’s did not participate, but we can get over that because “Jimmy John’s equals – yum!” But on the other hand the staff on our visit didn’t seem to put their best foot forward with us and other customers. So I give 3 stars.
