Ordered delivery on app at 5pm. I’m diabetic so I took my insulin shot as it said Id get it in 20 mins.
At 532 they call to inform me they dont have a delivery driver and theyre waiting on Uber
By 630 I call back and had to cancel the order. We are retired and can only treat ourselves occasionally. My blood sugar dropped to 43.
Only after my husband turned in a complaint at 645pm. Did the website then decide to warn about delivery.
This is my favorite place to treat myself.
And now I won’t be able to order from them again.
Sent complaints to corporate and the store.
And all they said was well it was canceled and your refund is pending.
No one reached out to apologize or anything. Like oh well for you.
Absolutely disappointed and sad I dont have my favorite any more

The parts of my order I received were good. But unfortunately I didn’t get all of my order. Though they didn’t forgot to charge me. I live out of town and am unable to return. They gave me a credit for a sandwich. I asked to be refunded, they refused. Saying they are unable to. They would not put the manager on the phone and was told “I don’t have the info for customer relations in front of my face so no, I can’t get you that number”. Just over all very unprofessional.

Last night after work I drove through Jimmy John’s and did not have the best experience. I was ordering through the drive thru around 6:45 pm on Tuesday evening. The girl taking my order was very unprofessional only to find out that she said she was the manager. You have to be nice to people if you want them to come back and it seems she didn’t want me there at all.

Placed order and specifically said NO onions. Guy taking my order even repeated it back to me. Go to take a bite and I can smell the onions before hand. Glad I could or that would have sent me to the ER. took forever to get the food. Called to ask them about it at 857. Got told hang on. Hung up on. When tried calling back all I got was a busy tone. Very nice. To bad because I’ve worked restaurant before and that’s just bullshit. Will NOT be going back to that sorry excuse of a restaurant anymore

Every time I go it’s slow service went today 06-25-25 got 2 combos a wrap and a Sammie and bow tie pasta coming over all the food is great Don’t get me wrong there but Saturday the window for about 5 minutes the guy took my money said give them a few then handed me in my bag and said have a good day and I’m like what about my sodas so could work on that kind of service and all

We visited this location on our vacation and they, unfortunately, disappointed us. We waited at the drive through for 5 minutes to enter the store and see 3 employees without headsets. Upon ordering I requested a special cheese on my sandwich and they said they can only use the cheese that the sandwich comes with. I refused to order my food. My wife and daughter ordered and got “Subway quality” made sandwiches. All of the meat on one side and lettuce on the other making one bite all meat and the other all veggies. I expect more from a Jimmy John’s. I guess it’s better than starving but I refuse to give these types of establishments my patronage. Please do better and take pride in your work people.
