We order delivery from here maybe once a month or so. When our order was delivered and our sandwiches were not correct I called and they made sure I was taken care of. The next time we ordered we had a credit on our account and the manager herself took the time to make the sandwiches herself so we would be happy with them. We were! Today I placed a large order (over $200) for a group of 17 people and left a $56 tip. I call the JJ branch at 11:00 AM prior to my selected delivery time of 11:30-11:45 to confirm the order and request 16 empty bags so I could sort the food once it arrived (because I knew the food would arrive stuffed into boxes). I was assured that the delivery time was secured and that they would include the bags so I could sort the food. the JJ app said my order went out for delivery at 11:39 but didn’t arrive until 11:58. Not only did the order arrive late but we were missing multiple items. I tried calling JJ only to be put on hold 3 times without being given the chance to speak. The 4th attempt I told the employee that we were missing food and she seemed to care less. I asked that they deliver the missing items and she said it would be a while because they were working on other orders. Frustrating experience to say the least.

Explained my order multiple times and still got it wrong. The manager and other employees were laughing and thought it was funny. Never got my points because I asked about the points before payment and the guy told me to pay first then he said it was too late to get points.

We ordered box lunches for our large cross country team to eat after a meet. It was an A+ experience! They were friendly and polite and answered all my questions during the ordering process. They had everything labeled and ready to go at the requested pickup time; they even helped us load it into our car. Highly recommend!!

Tried to have 2 separate deliveries. Both times didn’t actually deliver and described a home that doesn’t in any way match mine. Got called a liar by a “manager” for claiming no delivery. Also was told food was probably stolen. Maybe if delivery drivers would knock, food wouldn’t be stolen. 1 star is too many.

I drive thru here a couple of times a month. Usually when I’m coming home late from work and just want to get home and eat something fast. I’ve been coming here since they opened and I’ve always gotten exactly what I expected to get. Lately I’ve been using the App and ordering when I walk out of work and then drive thru and pick up the sub. I will say that they were probably the fastest “to go food place” before I started using the App. I think Sub City has better tasting subs but JJ’s is more convenient especially since they’re located on the side of town I live on. I give this place a high recommendation to anybody who wants a sub.

This evening I placed an order and got a sandwich better than I hoped for. As my pescatarian sandwich looked like a big mac. I was indeed pleased. The employees at Jimmy John’s were nice, clean and respectful. I continue to keep going to Jimmy John’s because of the service, affordability, and food. Keep up the great work. I came to Jimmy John’s at 10am and they weren’t open until 11 but let me come in to pay for a to go order for later in the afternoon. I called and switched addresses and the soda an hour later. The people I spoke with both times were friendly and helpful. The food was great too!
