My sandwich was awful. I had the club lulu and i had one slice of turkey that didn’t even cover the bread and my lettuce was brown, soggy and wet. I couldn’t even eat the sandwich. I’m glad i got chips so i had something to tie me over. Worst sandwich Ive ever had

Online orders being prioritized over live customer orders and people showing up in the drive-thru is not a good business practice but that is where we are with the team at this location.
No friendly greetings and no smiles make for an unfavorable experience today. 🙁 Felt completely ignored. After sitting in the drive through for 11 minutes and when we asked on the timeline, the staff said they had no estimated timeline on when our orders would be worked on.

Went to get a sandwich and arrived at 8:35pm, tried to use the drive through and nobody answered, so I tried to go in and the door was locked. They close at 9pm and there was a whole crew of people inside looking at me. Jimmy John’s has really fallen in standards.

Drive thru speaker was super quiet and wasps were swarming around it. I informed the drive thru guy and he giggled. He made my drink and left it sitting there while I waited on my sandwich rather than handing it to me to enjoy while I waited. The woman making my sandwich corrected him. For some reason, he took the lid off and replaced it with another one. Weird. Then he handed it to me and there was only like 4 pieces of ice in it. I’m not sure if he’s new or just special but there should be a scoop of ice in a drink.
The chicken bacon ranch toasted sub was perfectly made and delicious.

Trust the negative reviews! I placed an online order that was “ready” for me at pickup. After arriving at my brother’s house fifteen minutes later, I discovered they had only made five of six sandwiches. My fault for not double checking their work. They would not deliver to correct their mistake – their solution was to have me drive back and pick up a sandwich (adding 30 minutes of my time). I asked them to refund the sandwich that was never made … any guesses on whether they did that? If it’s too hard to fill an order, probably too much to expect that they would refund my money. The food is just not worth the hassle.
I also noticed that “the owner” often responds to reviews with a quick apology and a request to leave feedback at another link. I’m sure every disgruntled customer is excited to spend more time dealing with this chain.

Dec 1, 21 at 12:45, I order a big john and a coke. The lady gives me just the big john. I explain to her that I ordered a coke too and said I will pay for it. She says that she asked me if that’s all I needed and I said yes, which I said because I thought she included everything. She makes a sound as if she is clearly frustrated and hands me the coke and closes the window quickly. She could have been nicer because miscommunication happens. Have a great day

DON’T GO HERE! I waited in the drive thru for over a half hour and observed that the staff was slow with getting orders out. I had to finally ask for a manager after still not receiving my food at the 35 minute mark, only for the manager to be rude and inconsiderate. I went a block down to mcdonalds who were equally as busy, but got my meal out in 3 minutes. Luckily I still made it back to work on time, not that Jimmy John’s cared when I brought it up to them.

Today, I stopped by to get a sandwich. I come here quite often, but today stood out to me. I went and got a Slim #1 in the drive thru, when he hands me my order, I realize it’s a normal number 1. I went inside and told them about the problem, since I don’t like the ingredients on a normal number 1. The were very kind and made my slim #1, let me keep the sandwich and even refunded me. So they gave two whole sandwiches for free. Truly shows how wonderful their workers are.

Forgot my hummus with my chips and my slim 5 had no salami. But they made it right for me and brought back the correct sandwich. Not the ideal time but they did what they could to resolve the issue. Very professional as well in helping.

We had a few issues, two of which were this store’s fault (especially the manager Bodhi).
1. Uber Eats lists salami and Vito as separate. Maybe for those who know JJ terminology, it’s obvious these are the same thing. But since it was separate I assumed it was different. We deselected everything but the bread and salami on the app (my nephew is a picky eater), and received bread with nothing in it.
2. I called this store trying to figure out why this happened, and the first employee I talked to was pretty reasonable about the whole thing. But then he transferred me to the manager, who just kept saying, “You need to call corporate.” So I replied, “Ok, so you’re not willing to fix the problem?” And he went off on me and said, “No, because you caused the problem!” He then proceeded to talk over me, tell me it was my fault and he wouldn’t do anything for me. And repeating, “Vito is salami!”
This is not someone who should work in service, much less management. His people skills are non-existent, he isn’t willing to listen, and at one point said, “Like…you’re arguing with a service worker. Like wut??”
It’s rare you meet someone with a total lack of professionalism while also conveying a sense of entitlement to be immune from constructive criticism.
3. The third problem we noticed after I got off the phone. One of the Pepe’s in our order had no cheese on it (not what we selected nor what the receipt indicated) and had literally one piece of ham on it.
I’ve generally had good experiences with Jimmy John’s, but if this is the kind of manager they’re going to place in their stores then I don’t think I can give this company our business.
And whoever promoted him to such a role should reflect on this decision, because it wasn’t a good one.
Again, the main problem I called about was really caused by Uber Eats (screenshot attached for proof), but the way the manager handled it turned it into a much bigger issue.
