Music was blaring the whole time. I wasnt able to talk. I order online ahead of time and even when I came 20 minutes. They still didnt have my order ready and I proceeded to have to wait for an extra 20 more minutes to get my order because they did everyone in store first. Why order online and use the app if you dont even get quick food.

It was busy when we walked in so we knew it could be a few BUT- we waited an HOUR for 2 sandwiches. 2. Many were getting fed up. Then as we’re waiting, they had hardly anything prepared, people that ordered after us were getting their sandwiches, and 2 go orders. As we are waiting, they don’t apologize to anyone for the wait and the ceiling was dripping on all the sandwiches & deli meat/veggies. We finally got our sandwiches and they gave us an extra one that we didn’t order and we looked at our receipt and they charged us for it! No point in going back- we had enough and will never go back to the Indianola Jimmy John’s. This is not the first problem we have had either. Oh and an employee was messing with his face and touching food and didn’t have gloves on!

Placed an order for delivery for me and my kiddo. Called after an hour and was told the driver is out and just drives slow but should hopefully be there soon. I called 30 min later and spoke with the assistant manager. She said your order was canceled nothing we can do. No solution offered. No “would you like to pick it up instead”.
Poor accountability here..not to mention 20$$ for a sandwich now and 4 bucks for delivery not including tip. Me and my workplace will cater or dine elsewhere. Jimmy John’s officially sold out

I ordered 44 sandwiches and 12 wraps for my granddaughters 1st birthday. 2 weeks prior to birthday party. All was well and we were to pick-up 9am day of party. We went and was told no. They knew nothing about it. And did not have the “stuff” to even make the sandwiches? We were told to come back at 10:30am and place a new order and they would make some of it. So here it was 40 minutes before party started and we have absolutely no food for a party of 40 people! And they could of cared less. We were told they made a mistake and just forgot the order. As of late, they will be short on drivers, if not short-staffed in general. It used to be my reliable go-to for subs, but now, not so much. Going in person to order is the only way to order now. Pick your order up or order in person, otherwise you won’t be able to order or you won’t get your order for awhile..
The staff is fine for the most part, if you set aside the fact it’s obvious they don’t want to work there.
Food quality is great though, which is this location’s best quality.
All in all, it’s a decent place to buy a sandwich from if you’re willing to wait for it.

Ordered catering for my daughter’s first birthday, manager told me it would be ready by 9am. I show up and they told us to leave because they didn’t open until 10:30. When I explained why I was there they told me they didn’t have it ready and there was nothing they could do, besides come back at 10:30 and order it all over again when my daughters party was starting at 10am! Extremely unprofessional, will not be going back.
