Everytime I pay for extra meat and its a full staff of women, I never receive even a regular portion.
Out of 6 sandwichs on the last order, 2 with extra meat paid for neither had even a regular serving of the meat.
Missed 2 of my bags of chips, and didnt manage to make either of the giant sandwiches properly.
I wont be ordering in the app anymore cuz if its the girls working things are gonna be messed up.

Delivery time was great, but food was not. Lettuce was brown, forgot condiments on the sandwiches we ordered, poor beverage choices. For what it cost for three people and delivery, I would expect better food quality. Will not eat here again.

Yesterday my wife and I ordered from the drive up. First thing we experience each time was the speaker is lacking volume to confirm an order. We ordered a chicken wrap combo with chips and a drink for her and a big John combo for me. Service was slow and we were served only one drink but the server walked away without confirming the order. After some minutes she bagged our order but no second drink. I asked about the drink and she told us it would be $2.95 extra and the combo would have been only a .15 less. We opted to share the drink instead and drove 25 minutes home rather than eat in the truck.
On arrival at home I found me Big John had mostly vegetables and 2 very thin slices of beef only. She quickly took a bite of her wrap and was visibly upset. She offered it to me to smell as she felt it was spoiled. I took one smell and the odor was definitely the smell of rotten or spoiled chicken. I refused to take a bite due to the fact it was definitely tainted meat.
My wife called Jimmy John’s and explained the problem. She was told the chicken was cooked fresh that morning but no offer to check the chicken for spoilage. She was offered a new sandwich but we wouldn’t drive another 25 minutes each way for another questionable sandwich. After an explanation of how a credit card refund couldn’t be done she obtained a store credit for the sandwich only.
As a side note the single bite she took from the sandwich resulted in stomach pain and diarrhea for her in the early morning and until mid morning as well.

I tried to change my diet and eliminate as much processed food as possible. While traveling I needed to eat and had been to a Jimmy John’s once before and thought I’d try again. I discovered they have an option for a lettuce wrap sandwich. Lettuce was amazingly fantastic. Fits my diet while traveling better than any other fast food. Will become the go to for quick meals while traveling.

More like freaky slow! I come here every weekday after the gym and want to get my food fast but have no luck. Tonight I waiting 4 minutes after payment before I got my sandwich. A simple turkey tom. The workers are not friendly and mope around like they would rather be somewhere else. If there was much else in town for health food I would go there. Looks like subway is my go to now.
