Add another vote for SLOWEST JIMMY JOHNS EVER. I literally live like 2 mins from this location and EVERY TIME I’ve ordered from there, it’s been a 30-60 min wait for delivery. Mostly on the 60 minute side. And when you call to see where your food is at, they’re pissy and just tell you “it’s on its way”. I can literally get GrubHub or DoorDash from a restaurant farther away from me in less time.

Man, I should have read the reviews before I placed my online delivery order. Still waiting for my delivery one hour and 20 minutes later. I called and all they said was it was out for delivery. Very rude and could hardly understand what the kid was saying.

Your order or sandwich is genuinely almost always wrong and never made the same way twice, even if you always order the exact same way. Have had the delivery driver mark my order as delivered after waiting almost 2 hours for one sandwich even though he did not deliver it and never attempted to contact me when he was having trouble finding the extremely easy to find address. Sometimes aren’t even delivering because of staffing issues.

We stopped by at 745pm on Sunday night. After barely being able to hear through the drive through, we were disappointed in what we got. One was the bootlegger unwich with mostly lettuce(which wasn’t even completely wrapped around the food). Barely any meat, no mayo, very little bad tomato. Other one was the Vito which we had asked for extra onion, there was barely a couple pieces of onion at all, not much meat. This is typically really good, not this time.

I placed a pick up order at 8:00 pm. Sandwiches were absolutely flawless, and the staff was in high spirits/super personable, even an hour before close. Assistant manager Jacob, and In-Shop staff Lauren and Elliott were running the show. While I’ve been to Jimmy John’s locations all over the country; This trio truly embraces the meaning of customer service, as well as the brand! FRANCHISE OWNERS: Show these guys some love!

DO NOT order from this location. We ordered for delivery understanding it could take a little longer; it took over an hour to get us our food. When called the store to ask what was going on was told it would be on its way even after the app saying it’s been out for delivery for 20 minutes. This is the 2nd time in a month this has happened with this location and the first time we received our food the side of ranch was spilled all over our entire bag and sandwiches. I understand being patient with restaurants during this time but this is absolutely insane. Also called back in after still not having my food and the employee lied about being the manager and once realized couldn’t handle my request got the actual manager on the phone.

I placed an order at 9:18AM, delivery for 11:45AM. Order was late. I called at 12:15PM. I was given excuse after excuse as too why its late, no apology given just excuses as to why. Nate did not take any responsibility. I was told they were busy and unable to make a call to state why they are running behind. I was OFFERED NO APOLOGY or DISCOUNT of ANY SORT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Order was FINALLY received at 12.33PM, 45 minutes late.

Extremely slow delivery, takes at least an hour which is absolutely ridiculous for a company that promotes fast delivery. The last time our bag was thrown on our step and the ranch exploded over all the contents in the bag. This location is horrible.

Freaky Slow… This was my go to JJ’s as they are right down the street from work. 4ish months ago… Yikes! 25+ minute waits for a sandwich. Line extended out the parking lot exit, blocking others trying to leave. Grumpy employees working at a very slow pace. I’ve tried them 3 times and the same poor experience. Come on Jimmy John’s, you can do better even in Covid times. The subway down the street is killing you with 3 people working behind the counter!
