So I have no complaints about our sandwiches, but what grossed me out was as I was eating my sandwich and drinking my iced tea. I watched an employee fill up the ice machine, and after she had dumped the ice into the top of the soda fountain machine, she used the bottom of the plastic container to spread the ice out on the top of the soda fountain, and then she put this bucket on the dirty floor, so my question would be… why is something like this even allowed ? how unsanitary what she did and what she could have possibly introduced to the ice that now people are going to be consuming.

just finished my sandwich, on the road from WI to NE and this place was a perfect stopping point. inside was nice and clean and we got our sandwiches super fast. i was pleasantly surprised with how good my sandwich was, normally when i get jimmie johns it’s pretty gross but i liked this one!

Absolutely awful experience every time I’ve been there. Drive-Thru answered with “What?” when I drove up my first time there. No “Welcome” or anything. Every single time they have made an error on my order. I always order a Slim #4, which has TWO ingredients, and they STILL forget one of the two ingredients. This doesn’t seem like incompetence, it seems like the workers don’t want to be there AT ALL. Avoid this establishment at all costs. There are dozens of better places to eat within blocks.

I normally do not have issues with this restaurant but there was only 1 person in front of me and I waited for over 20 minutes for my sandwich in the drive through. It is a Sunday around 1:30 in the afternoon, not super busy. There should not have been a wait more than 5 minutes really. Over 20 minutes is crazy.

Caution, check your sandwich.
I have been to this Jimmy John’s six times now and each time I state “no cheese” due to lactose intolerance.
Every single order has come out with cheese on it. Every. Single. Time.
The first time this happened I took a bite, realized it had cheese, and had to spit the bite out. I then had to disassemble the sandwich to take the cheese off.
This last time I had to send it back because there was cheese. They removed the cheese instead of remaking it, which is not a big deal, but didn’t take all of the cheese off. I get to the last few bites, too late I had eaten the remaining cheese.
Honestly, it’s not a hard request. Just get the order correct. I shouldn’t have to think about it after my order, that’s half of the reason I’m paying for the food service.

If you want to feel like you’re a burden and you’re not welcome and you’re just in somebody’s way then this is the Jimmy John’s for you. You can sit at the drive-through speaker for 10 minutes. Nobody will tell you what’s going on or greet you and it’s on you to just sit there and wait and wait and keep waiting until hopefully maybe they’re ready to take your order when this place goes out of business theyll wonder why. This was probably the best JJ experience I’ve had, definitely top 3. I got a beach club #12, no tomatoes. After paying for my sandwich the gentleman told me it would be ready in 2 seconds. I took my cup and walked to the drinking station and before I was done filling up medium DR. pepper he walked over and handed me my sub. Definitely freaky fast, everything was on point

I’m not sure why the girl in drive through was so rude, maybe she’s having an off day, that’s ok no biggie, happens to everyone, then we wait.. 18 minutes for 1 sandwich, when she opened the window and threw the bag into my van I was … jarred. I don’t even know that kid. Anyway my son had a scrambled sub that day. We’ll skip this one moving forward. Just freaky.. no fast

This place is a joke. Last two times I have ordered it has taken well over an hour. So much for “freaky fast.” Today they used Uber for the delivery and it took over an hour and so my food sat there at the restaurant waiting for the Uber and my sandwich was soggy and gross. Similar situation happened a couple weeks ago, but decided to give them another try and same. I ordered from them frequently, but will be going elsewhere from now on. Very disappointing.
