I order from this location often. It is one of my favorite places to get sandwiches in Boone. They know how to make sandwiches well! Even delivered sandwiches are made and delivered quickly! Highly recommended!

Can’t rate the food because the servers had so much attitude I left. Tried to order 20 day old breads (probably the easiest order to complete) and was served up with eye rolling and attitude. Told them to just forget it and walked out. Employees like that will kill a local business.

No matter the time I come to this location there is ALWAYS a 15-20 minute wait even if there’s only one costumer in front of you. Today I waited 20 minutes before someone even spoke to me. I waited a total of 35 before i got my food. Your motto is “freaky fast” but I have always had the slowest of experiences. I normally order from the establishment during my lunch break at lunch and am often finding myself just skipping out because i know how long it takes. This building is losing the business money, retraining needs to be available to employees. Overall 4/10 establishment and did not enjoy my lunch.

Saturday, 06/14/25 Waited at the drive through terminal for multiple minutes before being acknowledged and asked to wait. Not in traffic; at the ordering station. There was only one other car ahead of us, already at the window.
After ordering, waited more than five minutes at the window for our food. 1245pm. Check the video, and see if I’m exaggerating.
Drink was wrong, had to send it back. Asked for extra peppers on both sandwiches, barely got any. One sub was a giant, and whomever tried to cut it in half basically just mushed an imprint roughly halfway down the length.
“Subs so slow you’ll fall asleep in the drive through!”

The food is usually spot on. I like to use their app to order ahead. They have a drive thru sign that says “online/mobile orders” when you pull up to the door, they usually ignore vehicles and there isn’t a bell to ring for service. Today there was a sign that reads “Door Broken, Go to Drive Thru.” Great! There’s eight cars in line and I can’t cancel my order. Either give up on online/mobile order and remove the signage or continue to disappoint your customers and lose business.

Have went to this location multiple times and it’s usually good service, my order has been messed up a couple of times but it’s usually no big deal and they fix the problem. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be back to this location due to not the best service today. I ordered a sandwich that was ordered with bacon and the bacon is an extra dollar. So get my sandwich and I see that there is no bacon on it. Not a big deal so I went back and the guy who saw me just get the order, 2 mins before. I told him that I ordered bacon and that there wasn’t bacon put on the sandwich. He then said “well do you have your receipt.” I told him no because I had just walked back over and that I could show him on my phone, I showed him that I ordered bacon and he literally said nothing shut the window on my face and started talking to his other coworkers. The sandwich was remade but the attitude from the one employee was enough for me to never want to return again. He handed me the sandwich when it was remade, and i said to have a nice day and he just shut the window. It’s easy to fix mess up but to flat out not believe me and to give me attitude when I came over nicely, is ridiculous
