Made a SIMPLE request to cut my tuna club giant (16-inch) sandwiches into 3 pieces and Tony and his coworkers flat out told me NO. This request was too inconvenient for them? Tony informed me they can only cut in half? Is this in the store policy? What happened to excellent customer service? This message is for the leaders and owner of this Jimmy John. Please train your people to provide good customer service! If a customer ask for their sandwiches to be cut, you cut the sandwich! Very disappointed and inconvenient. Never coming here again.

Order a Cubano and asked for no tomato. Caused them total confusion and my son thought he straightened it out but got out of town and had a Cubano with nothing but tomatoes. Called and they are refusing to fix it because the Cubano doesn’t come with tomatoes in the first place and it’s our fault. Tried to call corporate. No answer. We’ll keep calling. This is our ‘hold the tomatoes ‘ sandwich. I’m also noticing all the responses to complaints are automated. This is my 3rd time trying to reach out to somebody who cares. We will not do any more business with Jimmy johns at all.

It’s probably the worst JJ to go to in the area. Ordered The Veggie giant with no cheese or mayo, ended up getting a sandwich that is basically cheese and mayo. Lol, at least they are funny. Service sucks called and tried to explain the issue. The guy on the phone stayed quiet and said nothing.

So they’re asking if you want cheese on every sandwich now without saying it costs extra, putting lower quality meat on the sandwich, gutting the middle out of the bread on every sandwich now not just some of them (so I was told by the person up front) and charging more? Seems greedy. Not sure how much of that is this location specifically vs Jimmy John’s more broadly, but I’m going to steer clear for a while. I’ll delete this review if you walk some of this back.

Apparently it takes 90 minutes to get a sandwich delivered now. I live 2 blocks from the location but couldn’t pick up due to work. When I called thinking they just forgot these employees do not care at all. Save the automated response I’ve seen on other reviews, the ownership of this Jimmy John’s does not care about its customers. I’d welcome whoever it is to prove all these 1 star reviews wrong but they won’t. They’ll send the auto response because they just don’t care. It’s becoming a sad world out there….

Worst Jimmy Johns ive ever ordered from. Waited over an hour for an order that I never received. Food sat at restaurant for 40 minutes, and I waited another 25 minutes before canceling my order because the restaurant is 5 minutes away. There is zero reason a damn sub sandwich should take over an hour to get delivered 5 minutes away
