Not happy at all! I got a Little John’s Italian sandwich. Hubby got a regular ham and cheese. My sandwich barely had anything inside of it. One slice of cappacola, one slice of salami, one slice of cheese and some lettuce and tomato. The last time we got sandwiches I ordered the same thing, but my sandwich was so much bigger. We’ve always been happy with Jimmy John’s, but not tonight. I am still hungry!

This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location and have been missing a sandwich from my order. Not too upset about it but just felt like someone should know. I’ve gone back and had to repay for a sandwich I already purchased. Just hope they can be better about what is on each ticket!! I work in a restaurant too so I get it, mistakes happen, but it’s always this location that fails me 🙁

Lobby shut down for whatever reason. Not a fan of the drive thru. Was taking it to go so what was the issue ? None if the unwiches were marked except the obvious gargantuan one. Forgot Mayo.

I grabbed a #16 no tomato and add cheese the other day. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had, by far the worst Jimmy Johns sandwich. Tasted like something went bad and wasn’t refrigerated over night. Disgusting. I could only eat a few bites. Not sure what happened as I almost always get a great sandwich at Jimmy Johns in general. I think they need an inspection after this.
