We ordered 2 regular sized sandwiches but they delivered us 2 sandwiches on very short and small bread. I called and asked about it but all they told me is that it’s all the same bread. It doesn’t make any sense to me because I’ve never received a sandwich from them so small when ordering my normal sandwich. I was definitely still hungry afterwards which never happens when I receive the correct sized sandwich.

I made an order to go over 20 minutes before close as I was getting off work and got the notification that they received it 20 minutes before close. I received a call from a woman who works there at 9:43 and 9:47 the first call didn’t work when I was just about to pull into the drive through and was told with an attitude “we’re completely out of bread since we close in 5 minutes”. I would understand if I put the order in 5 minutes before close but they decided to wait to call me instead of calling right away to let me know. I would have also not been so irritated if the girl didn’t have an attitude and also if it wasn’t actually 12 minutes before close. Anyways Hyvee got my money instead and it will be a while before I come back to this location.

Was told they were “out of bread” and had to wait 10-15 min for fresh bread to cool while they had bread available but “only for online orders”.
Customers IN STORE should ALWAYS come first.
There is also no excuse as to why they wouldn’t have bread ready and available during dinner rush. This isn’t the first time this has happened either.

Have heard from others this out of bread phenomenon, but have seen failures to customers over bread myself. Also distinctly lazy as I work in the same strip as them, and they have to call in Uber Eats to deliver an order someone in there just sitting on their behind can walk down the sidewalk to deliver. The driver themselves told me they were just sitting there, cracking jokes, listening to loud music.

Trash place mangers wont answer hang up on you but answer other phone numbers and say it wasn’t them whomever owns this needs to do better i stopped coming after all the bad orders received. They hire anyone who wants a part time.job winter who took my.order tonight wasn’t professional at all… the manger c.j wasn’t either if im ordering from somewhere I want what im.paying for. Don’t even trust coming back to this place! Needs to be closed down or better owners who would.rather work then pay people to represent their name and a company!!!!! Guacamole where? Third time in a row that every single sandwich in our delivery order is completely wrong. And of course they won’t do anything about it. I don’t understand how you can be so simple minded to not know how to make a sandwich. Might be time to hire someone with a brain.

Went to get my son a pickle which meal and upon entering music was blaring. Go to counter and blonde female was very rude. I said I’d like to order pickle which meal she rang what I thought was the meal. And told my son to pick his drink she was snobby and said that’s not free. I said so drunk doesn’t come with meal. She said you want the meal I said yes I asked for the meal. She rolled her eyes and said fine. Very rude service won’t be returning to this location!!

Just got a sandwich has 3 small slices of turkey for almost 10 dollars no chips or drink. Barely any lettuce idk how a place can charge so much and put so little on the sandwich.

Went thru the drive thru on 3.30.25 at 5:45 pm ordered slim 4 and bag of chips and got home and the order was incorrect. I hate this store completely. It’s either slow or can’t get a order correctly.
This store needs all new management. I had to call and express my personal disgust with the store and my order. I had to get in my vehicle and drive from Prairie Meadows area back to the store to get my order fixed. The girl who waited on me I think is who answered the phone and seemed put off that she had to help me.
She greets me at the window and I said I was the one with the screwed up sandwich and she just looked at me with a small attitude. I felt like telling her, I’m the one who had to get my darn car back out and waste gas to come see you to get a correct sandwich, it is not my fault your darn employees can’t seem to do nothing right here. I should have gotten a free sandwich or a store credit for another small sandwich.
I will NEVER come back to this store. They don’t care and I personal don’t care either except this store lacks customer service and speed. When I gave them the sandwich, her and another girl stood by the register by the drive thru and chatted for a bit acting like I was pulling something over there eyes.
