We have parties several times a month and we ordered Jimmy John’s in Altoona. They have messed up our delivery order 3 times now and instead of correcting our order that we paid extra for, they told us we were lying about the order being incorrect. They said people are dishonest to get free stuff so in order for them to fix THEIR mistakes we would have to leave the guests at our house, bring all the sandwiches back so we could prove they were incorrect and they would make us new ones. Jimmy John’s has lost our respect and our business.

Ordered one sandwich and pickle to be delivered. Called the first time and was told it’s in the “delivery”. Called again and was told it should have been there already. It FINALLY arrived after 52 minutes. The location is literally a 5 minute walk. Guess I should have just walked there.
