The food is consistent, and the error rate is low when staff take my order. The only thing I would ask would be for them to ensure the meat is consistently spread until the end of the sub. Sometimes the very end of the sub is bone dry and there is little meat. Which stinks because those are the last bites. I would recommend this location because it is well managed and reliable. Everything is clean and service is fast.

Service has gone downhill… latest experience had an incorrectly made sandwich, and a manager who seemed to just want to make excuses and not fix the issue…
Delivery made out online, special instructions made for one of the 3 sandwiches. “No lettuce, ez mayo, cut in half”… well they got the no lettuce right. But the added ‘bonus’ of barely any meat on it encouraged me to call and speak to the manager who, when asked exactly how much meat is a “portion”, stumbled then said “well it’s measured in grams” as if I was a ditzy teenager at a car dealership. The amount of mayo overpowered what was left on the sandwich, causing ti to arrive soggy (despite being ‘toasted’)
Will never order there again.

WORST JIMMY JOHNS EVER. I frequent this place often. They mess up the sandwiches every time. Then give you attitude when you tell them they messed it up. The manager has zero customer service skills. I dont normally leave scathing reviews but I feel like its a waste of money every time. I will not be back.

Friendly staff, very prompt getting our sandwiches made, and so polite!
I was actually super excited to see the tipping prompt on the card reader (my local store does not have this, and it would be so great if they did). We ordered in store and did takeout. It looked like a lot of seating in the store, which is super nice.

Waited 30 minutes for my food, when I called to figure out what was going on, apparently they only have 2 drivers which i totally understand but i got a rude girl who couldn’t even verify who i was before hanging up on me. I just wanted a refund as I can not longer eat. Wonderful Monday.

I have been a regular customer for a couple months now and usually get the tuna salad sandwich on wheat bread. Well today the tuna was not the best and appears to have been missing the mayonnaise The tuna was not mashed or separated either, still chunky out of the can. Totally disappointed and what a let down. I will not be frequenting for a little while. Preparer needs to know how to make better tuna salad
