My co workers and I have been ordering from here for quite some time. Unfortunately the last few experiences have been awful, we each got the same sandwich and after eating half, realized the turkey was terrible looking/rotten.
I did eventually go in and let them know (to avoid serving to someone else) and the staff was very nice and gave us new sandwiches.
The experience I had this afternoon takes the cake.
We placed an order for delivery to our work. I mistakenly forgot to tip ahead of time. While waiting by the front doors for the delivery because I was going to give him a cash tip…I received a phone call…from the delivery driver. “Is this Lisa? I noticed that you didn’t leave a tip, I’m almost there but we’re really short staffed”
I’m sorry…WHAT!?!
Extremely unprofessional.
I’ve previously worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years. I never would ever say something like that to a customer!!

Cascade Jimmy John’s is always great. I order from that location and I live right by Lake Dr location. The sandwiches are always loaded up and the bread is fresh!! I wish all locations were this good.

So basically went for A sandwich the food was great BUT THE SERVICE WAS SPECTACULAR the manger Anna definitely deserves a nice big raise she was such a nice person to talk to and the service was great she never stop working was also moving around to find something to do definitely a hardworking woman for sure

Ordered for lunch at work with my supervisor from this location and it was messed up. Ordered for my spouse and did a pickup, get home and this is his sandwich. Seriously. Worst jimmy johns location to order from. This was his first time getting jimmy johns and I regret getting it from this careless location. The staff seriously don’t care.

Just wanted to come on here and say what an amazing experience I had here. I was absolutely astonished by the service that was provided to me by a young boy named Paul. He made my sandwich’s very quickly all by himself and they were easily the best sandwich’s I’ve ever had. Skipping out on a trip to this Jimmy will be the biggest mistake of your life!!! If you see Paul be sure to tell him what an excellent job he is doing.

Put in a curbside order. Parked directly in front of the store. Tapped the “I’m here” button. After 20 minutes I had to call the store and ask for my food I paid for. Requested “cut in half” on my order — it was uncut. Requested napkins — no napkins. And I didn’t think I needed to request a straw for my fountain drink but I guess I should’ve because I didn’t get that either. ♀️

Ordered the #7.. It says it’s “spicy” but it was not at all. I am assuming the Jimmy peppers are what were supposed to be spicy. They put two on our sub. Not very much sauce/Mayo at all making it dry. I really like Jimmy John’s usually but this was disappointing. Very average for $21.
