Slowest Jimmy John’s around! Consistently takes 30+ minutes for any online order. Walk ins will get served and made while I’m waiting for an online order placed 20 mins ago. (And the app says it’s ready) No one asks what I’m waiting for or anything.

After door dash stole our pizza and Little Caesar’s would not do anything about it, Jimmy Johns saved the day with a uniformed paid delivery driver who was super polite. And the sandwiches were outstanding.

Ocassionally fast but have had issues in the past with this location being freaky-slow. Just last week, I waited 25 minutes after checking the ‘order was out for delivery’. I work roughly 5 minutes away from this location, which some could ague, why get delivery? Well, I’m sure we’ve all had days where leaving the office isn’t much of an option so that is my reason. No knocks on the quality, just giving you a heads up on how your food may be delivered anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. That is all.

My son was at Cornerstone University for basketball camp the night June 25 and I ordered food for delivery. They had an unexpected meeting come up and I had to call to push back the time. Even though the driver already left the young lady that answered the phone was very nice about accommodating for us. The driver was very helpful when trying to find a good spot to meet for drop off as well.

This is the most awful sandwich I have ever had. I asked for a Cubano. The sandwich arrived cold, the bread is small so it is not possible to eat it without falling all apart. Awful!!!!! Not tasty horrible indeed.

Freaky fast delivery is freaky slow, I am 2 minutes away from this restaurant and it took them over 45 minutes 3 separate occasions to deliver one sub. Ridiculous

I had an incident a couple weeks ago where the delivery driver, instead of getting the credit slip signed so I could tip him, he draws a crying face on my receipt instead and drops my order and leaves. Today I gave them another try because the manager did reach out to me and apologized. My order came, was again dropped off with no credit slip getting signed and they stapled my straw to the bag, making it useless. There will be no more attempts to eat at this location.

Celebration Jimmy’s is best Jimmy’s. I used to work at the attached movie theater and now I get delivery to my current job. They’ve always been accurate, fast, and kind. The folks working in store are friendly and have made me laugh several times. Food service can be a tough field so I appreciate the workers so much
