Asked for the Italian as an “unwich” (the toasted version, to which I’m perfectly aware you can’t toast lettuce). After clarifying that I’m aware that it isn’t and cannot be toasted, was told they “can’t do it.” Not once, but twice, with a snarky attitude. The Plainfield location simply clarifies that they can make it, it just isn’t toasted (I’ve ordered this numerous times from the Plainfield location). How two locations within throwing distance can be virtual opposites exists, is beyond me.

My son and I were at this location when a large storm that required us to seek shelter came through. The workers were were kind, helpful and made a scary situation seem more like an adventure. We appreciate them. The sandwiches were great too!

This review is for the firecracker wrap only. On a scale of 1-10 I rate it a 3. The only flavor was from the wrap. I saw a couple of peppers and only had a couple of bites with crunch from the chips. Overall it’s just a mess I don’t recommend.

You did it again Jimmy John’s!!! I love a good spice but not overwhelming and the new kicking Cajun chicken is amazing!!! I may have added some stuff but bet the original is still as good!!
