Very unimpressed. Called in a to go 6 sandwich party pack at a few minutes after 10am for Noon pickup. At the register at 12:06 and were told it would be 12 minutes. The staff member closest to the register making sandwiches has their hair down with no hair net. There is also a bearded man in the food prep area without a beard net. It is 12:18 and we haven’t received our order yet.

Just stopped in for lunch. There was one person in line before me. The kid at the counter, Brandon (according to the receipt), seemed very inconvenienced that he had to help anyone at all let alone have them ask for light mayo. Within 45 seconds of arriving I felt unwelcome and as if me being hungry was the worst thing that ever happened in this kids life. Long story short someone needs to hug Brandon.

This jimmy John’s is consistently slow. Every time we have ordered delivery (5 times now) it has taken over an hour to get delivered. We have had to call every time because even 30 minutes after placing the order the status is still “received” then magically it’s changed to out for delivery right after the call. A 7 minute drive often takes 30+ minutes once it’s marked out for delivery as well. There have been different reason every time we call. It would be great if the app/website would let us choose the other store in the area.

Slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever ordered from. TLDR; over 1 hour since I ordered & still no food.
I’ve ordered a handful of times over the last few months & it’s been terrible every time. It has been a while, so I ordered again thinking maybe things have improved. Currently 1 hour and counting since I placed an order for delivery. I called 35min in & was told “it’s leaving here in a minute.” 10 minutes later the app showed “out for delivery” And when you order on the app, it always says “this location may be experiencing delays due to weather.” There’s no bad weather. Over an hour after I ordered today, I got a text saying Uber will be delivering my food. Estimated arrival? 1.5 hours after placing the order. 1hr 15min in: Uber canceled my delivery& the store says it’ll be another 10-20 minutes. It’s a Monday evening, so time of day/week is unlikely to be a factor here. Corporate needs to step in and address this. It’s incredibly off brand and the opposite of “freaky fast.” What a joke.

Food was great. The new pesto pasta was real good. I never buy cold pasta from restaurants, I make my own. Not sure why I ordered it, but so glad I did. I really did like it a lot. Very good flavor. I gave a 3 because it wasn’t freaky fast delivery. Took 40mins., the rest good =)

This is by far the slowest Jimmy John’s I have been to. I have been here multiple times, and they have been very slow, plus they got my order right on the receipt, yet still made wrong. Recently I was overcharged by more than $7 also.

Terrible Experience.
Ordered in store. Sub is not what I ordered it appears to be what ever they wanted to throw on the sandwich. The bread crust is rock hard and the bread appears to be stale. The construction of the sub has it falling apart as soon wrapping was opened.
My pickle was forgotten in the time it took to make the sub and I had to ask for it even though it was on my order done at the register.
I should have walked out as soon as I entered because the entire place smelled of tuna and other unsavory smells.
Called to have a refund and was told they could not do anything (called less than 15 minutes after I left).
Sub is so bad that it is going in the trash. After taking the sub apart in a attempt to fix it, it is apparent that things are not properly handled and this location will get someone sick.
I would not purchase anything from here.
