Be sure to go over the order with them if you get a meal. Asked for a pickle instead of chips and didn’t initially charge me for the meal so it cost extra than the meal I asked for initially would cost.

I came to the Jimmy John’s here and they were very, very busy with a long line and I could not believe the great customer service that I got they all worked together. It was great teamwork. The prices are kind of expensive but it’s well worth it. The top three employees that I like the best actually Was Antonio. He had a smile on his face. He sure doesn’t even care if the line is so long. He’s just happy to have a paycheck.

My husband ordered us food tonight for dinner, 35 min my husband called the lady on phone said it was on its way, a hour later still no food, so i called we didn’t have any food still, so after a 10 min phone call they finally said they will make new food, husband went to pick up food delivery driver call my husband a lier and said it was delivered well it wasnt because he showed my husband the pic and wrong house……… all the workers argued with my husband called him a lier infront of tons of customers and no refund for all our food but 4.00 for delivery fee

Wanted to shout out to this crew! Order was spot on. Taste on all sandwiches was excellent. Customer service in the store was amazing. It’s very hard to get good service anymore anywhere, but this crew nailed it! Very friendly, very helpful, order was ready when needed(actually ready before scheduled time) thank you!
