NOT THE FREMONT LOCATION. I love Jimmy John’s, which is the only reason I gave the Fremont location multiple chances. The locations in Muskegon, Grand Haven, and Grand Rapids are consistently solid. Fremont is consistently terrible!
Three visits. Every single time, over a 15-minute wait for two sandwiches, twice with no one else in line or dining in, while I sit at the window watching 3 or 4 employees stand around more interested in chatting than accurately or quickly making the sandwiches. And somehow, despite the wait and the lack of a rush, my order has been wrong every single time. That’s not a fluke, that’s a pattern.
If this were my first experience with the Jimmy John’s franchise, I would never come back. After three attempts, I’m done. This location is a mess.

Jimmy John’s consistently impresses, mostly by having consistently good food. There is nothing more frustrating than ordering the same item at a restaurant and having it taste different each time.
Jimmy John’s has wonderful bread, fresh toppings, and they are quick to get your order ready. They are my go to when I need to eat asap and I am on the road.

After work I was tired and exhausted. So I decided to swing by the drive thru it was close to closing. But I was greeted by a nice fellow by the name of Justin, his customer service was great felt bad for coming close to closing. So I just whatever he recommended I appreciate the service I received. Thanks a bunch make sure he knows it.

The food is great. Drive thru service on the other hand. I get a new business, new employees, etc. But when I wait 15 minutes, with 3 cars in front of me, I get to the window and 4 employees are standing around with my food not done, drive thru window open, complaining about how they only work 2 days a week, but they were not doing anything…. That itself explains the slow service. I felt bad for the other 4 cars behind me who had also been waiting that long.

Already purchased my roadside marker for the impending death from dysentery on the Oregon Trail. Heard the employee behind the counter mention no tip and now both me and my wife are paying for it. By the way jimmy johns pay your employees better so they stop begging customers for tips and poisoning your guest! My intestinal fortitude shouldn’t be reliant on the size of tip at a fast food restaurant. Tip heavy or else here! You’ve been warned.

Was so excited for JJ to come to town, WAS a big fan! Been there 5 times, never got a sandwich in under 20 minutes and the order was wrong 3 times! Its just a disaster all around.

Well from the beginning, this business is not easy to enter the parking lot, this business has 6 employees, but yet, takes way to long for a sandwich to be made. This business charges 21.99 for 1 sandwich this price does not include a drink, a tiny bag of chips, and the most disappointing part is. It was not any better than subway. I wish this business good luck, but, I personally will not go back.

Jimmy Johns is fine, but this is (still actively) the slowest drive through experience I’ve ever had.
They need to train more, hire more, or something, because 40 minutes in the drive-through is unacceptable.
