Food wasn’t freaky fast this time. And while the sandwich looks good in the picture and was indeed ‘fine’. It just seemed to be a little light on ingredients. Maybe it’s because I’ve been eating at a competitor’s sandwich shop for a while and their subs are definitely meatier in my opinion.

What an experience! So I go in to get my online order and didn’t notice that pickup orders are by the door on a shelf. I stand there, no one greets me and this individual I’m assuming the supervisor looks at me likes he’s stoned, says nothing and proceeds to wipe down tables. The young guy asks me who the order was for that’s when the weird supervisor says it’s by the door. While I was there a customer came back in after picking up her order they messed up and instead of telling her they were out of the bread she wanted they tried to be slick and give her something else and she stated before leaving you all could’ve told me that. I use to Love Jimmy Johns years ago, but the garbage they sell as a “gourmet sandwich” has gotten ridiculous. They should be ashamed of the prices they charge for such a sorry sandwich. No meat, barely any toppings, and rock hard bread.

I work very close by and order here often. They ALWAYS mess something up. I have not one time gotten a correct order! Today, knowing what I stated, called them after placing my order to tell that that I asked for EXTRA jimmy peppers and that I wanted more than 2-3 that usually come on it even when asking for the maximum added per the online ordering form. The guy asked someone while I was on the phone if he was making my sandwich and that person confirmed that he would add EXTRA peppers. I ordered super early because I had another obligation during my lunch and I wanted it ready when I was ready. An hour after delivery I opened my sandwich to find ZERO jimmy peppers! Why? It’s on the receipt stapled to my bag, I called, what else do you have to do to get what you order? So angry. They better give me a refund. I asked for them to run it over then and he hesitated on the phone. I work across the street! How hard is this?

They’re on point with building sandwiches per your order. That’s the high point of this review.
What I don’t like is their recent online pick up shelf that’s right near the enter/exit door. Who thought that was a good idea? Anyone can just easily take pickup orders. Used to be near the employees for them to give to you. I also don’t like an employee making me look like a fool instead of simply saying “oh your pick up is on the shelf behind you” vs “maybe you should check that shelf”. The majority of places hand you your pickup. I won’t be ordering here again until they change back to them handing you the pick up order. Service is a 2 star because of the new pick up system, doesn’t bother me as much as it may seem what was said to me but worth mentioning.

Not sure why my order was put on 3rd party. I get maybe some driver situations but all the fast food places in this area suck as in terms of availability and fast. I work in fast food and I see how most doordash and Ubereats delivery drivers suck at just getting and dropping off an order.

Placed an order at 830 pm. I ordered a toasted sub. I get a call from the store informing me that they already turned the toaster off. They close at 9pm. Ridiculous then you only sell the toasted subs until 830 when you are open to 9. So the entire menu is not available from open to close. Also none of the subs were marked. How am I supposed to know what subs are which as I ordered multiple subs.

Wow! I haven’t been to a Jimmy John’s in quite some time. Their sandwiches got smaller but the prices went way up. I’ll think twice if I get a craving for them again.
