Take out. I understand being new, being busy I have been there worked in a restaurant for years. I waited for 45 mins. I ordered 2 number 11s one giant and one regular. Meals. Did not receive my cookies with my meal which I paid extra for. Both of my sandwiches didn’t have anything but meat on them no mayo no veggies. I paid 40 dollars and didn’t get half of my food. Again I understand. But when I tried to call to get a refund/discount I couldn’t even get a hold of anyone. I will try tomorrow and if someone answers and it is made right I will adjust my review.

I love the fact there is a Jimmy Johns in our town. Hate the fact they use Uber instead of delivering the food themselves. It takes forever to get when Jimmy Johns was known for their fast delivery.

Waited atleast 45mins in the drive thru, granted it was friday night around 7pm and it was packed inside and out. Regardless great sandwich and the drive thru guy guy gave us complimentary free sides.b
