Will never be returning to this Jimmy Johns. They double charged me for a sub. Manager said he would refund me and if not get back to me, he never did. Then I had to call again since I didn’t receive my money back yet it’s been 2 days and I can’t even speak/get ahold of a manager because they are busy or put me on hold.. now I have to call my bank and go through all the loops because of terrible management. As to why I will never be spending my money here again

Fast as heck, delicious… I wish I could get more oil and vinegar but… I haven’t looked into their sourcing yet. I really hope there aren’t too many chemicals or tortured animals. I would hate to eat less Jimmy John’s. Also, I hope they stay freaky fast. Most places can’t call themselves “fast food” anymore. It’s usually faster to cook. These guys are still super fast, even when they warn that they’re busy. They’re never messy. I think they only messed up like once. We eat there a LOT. They never had an issue with running out of stuff, like Chipotle, and just giving you whatever they have left. This place is flawless. But let me get some more oil and vinegar guys… I mean… come, on.

I ordered from there “freaky fast” delivery and it took an hour for it to get here every time I called (3 times) they said “it was the next one out the door” terrible service terrible delivery food is very soggy due to waiting 55 minutes ridiculous!!!!!!!!! It’s time for a change in staff never should that be acceptable!!! And NOOOOOO REFUND RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!

Very poor service. Guy at drive thru was not properly trained. Never asked for my reward number and when I said something he told me it was too late. Couldn’t even put the sandwiches in a bag, we got no napkins and not even a Thank you. Good sandwiches, POOR service at this location.
