Asked for A ham and cheese provolone sandwich. I guess they only give just ham for that. And what kind of amount is that. I also heard an employee complaining that people were not tipping. Real classy Jimmy John. This was October 23 about 4:00pm.

I’m my gosh- Placed a delivery order at 6:55 online. An hour later received a phone call asking if I still wanted the sandwich it would be another 30 minutes. Over 1 1/2 hours to receive delivery- it was evening and I haven’t eaten yet. The caller from JJ say “he” has a lot of deliveries tonite- alluding to a single delivery driver on a Friday night. OMG! That is the freakin’ longest wait for sandwich and coke

Worst Sub Ever, Total Waste of Money
I would have gave 0 stars if possible. If you want to customize your sub forget it, they want you to order by number. There also is no choice other than a tasteless white bread sub bun.
The entire order for 4 people was messed up. They gave my husband a very hard time about leaving the meat, cheese and sauces off my sub. The finally relented, but went I opened it it was covered in sauce as was his. The other 2 subs had the incorrect sauce as well and parents could not even finish them as they tasted so bad.

I saw the TV commercial that JJ now had HOT subs, so I decided to give it a try after being away a few years. WOW! The Ultimate Italian Hot Sub was fantastic, and the amount of meat was incredible. It was so hot that I had to let it cool a few minutes before biting in, versus the lukewarm toaster oven at Subway. I never thought that Jimmy John’s could beat Jersey Mike’s, but this Ultimate Italian Hot sub does not need to apologize to anyone. It did take a few minutes, but I will take Freaky Hot over Freaky fast! They were slammed with customers, so you might want to show up and eat in the dining room in person for a while.
