Great food, good service, good value.
Been eating Jimmu Johns for decades. I was stoked when they opened this location! You really can’t make a bad choice here, I’ve made way through the menu. Just remember you can customize your sandwich by putting it on sliced wheat bread, my favorite, in a wrap or wrapped in lettuce as an “unwich”
There are little johns and slims for the light appetite and the Gargantuan for the hearty appetite! And yes they really are freaky fast like the commercial says.
Highly recommend!!

This place is a perfect example of how Jimmy John’s should be run, the people were very friendly and the place was very clean. The staff gave excellent recommendations and quality service. I will definitely eat here again.

I normally wouldn’t make a negative review if I don’t have to, but in this case, with it being the 2nd time in the last couple of months… I feel like it’s necessary.
So what’s going on in this picture is bacon is almost $5 to add on to your sub, and there’s no bacon on my sub. I paid for it, and these subs aren’t cheap. The employees are not taking their time to review the order, and ensure that everything is on the sub.
I get it, mistakes happen.. I worked in food for 10+ years, but in order to ensure customer satisfaction… the #1 thing you need to do is make sure the food is satisfactory. You can’t do that if you’re not repeating back the order, and if you’re not reading the food ticket properly in the kitchen.
About a month or so ago, I had the same scenario happen to me except it was 3 different items, and I had chips missing from the same bag.. Which I didn’t realize until I got home.
Most of the time I don’t check until I get home, and I shouldn’t have to when 1 sub, chips, and a drink are $30+
I don’t know, the subs are extremely overpriced, the service is not that good, and I like Jimmy John’s.. So all around I’m disappointed with this location.
All you need to do is make sure everything is on the sub and make sure all items are in the bag. That would be great. Thank you..

I’ve never had a worse experience at a JJs location. It took 15 minutes to get my food from the time I entered the drive thru and my order was just blatantly wrong like they didn’t even read it. Absolutely disgraceful.

Waited 5 mins to be greeted to “Ill be with you in a moment” waited a few more minutes ask for the new Pizza sandwich combo and a turkey sandwich with only lettuce and cheese.
Somehow my total was $38 come to find out I order a turkey tom? And a Slim 4? On top of my 2 original sanwichs. Very upset with my experience.

With six people working behind the counter I would expect to get my sandwich a little faster than I did. It didn’t help that most of the employees were not doing anything. Unfortunately not as freaky fast as I was expecting. P.S. Running a sandwich shop with no bread doesn’t bode well.

Just got done with a nice experience here. For those of you who might leave bad reviews please pull your head out of your butts and understand that this is a recently-opened location with a lot of new employees that are still learning their flow. They made our sandwiches freaky fast as always like other locations. This location’s employees are all extremely kind and courteous and very informative. Was a very clean well-organized location. Absolutely amazing service. The atmosphere and energy coming from the workers here have been exquisite. This location is one of my favorites of all time. Lately I have been making my way through menu and there hasn’t been a sandwich that I haven’t liked. They have all been made perfectly the way I’ve asked it to be made each and every time.

i was just there and worse customer service they are very slow at making there food with 5 people behind the counter and they were not going to give me my card back after they ran it before i got my food and they were going to let me leave with out it so yes i had to yell at them i give them a big thumbs down!

This is without a doubt the best Jimmy John’s food I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten at JJ’s in several states across the USA, and the Three Rivers, MI store does the best job of any I’ve been to. I always get the Gargantuan, on either white bread or the Ummm lettuce wrap. The food has been so good that I’ve called to speak to the manager to let them know. The last 2 times I spoke to the manager she was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. The first time I called to commend them for doing a great job she had fixed my food 🙂 Give this lady a raise, there are not many like her anymore these days and you don’t want her going to your competition. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK Three Rivers, MI, Jimmy John’s!!!!!!!
