They were really great at first even though they were kind of slow but the last time we were there they were completely out of bread, really rude, then when I got my unwich the meat and the Avocado were both rotten and made me throw up immediately. We went to arbys next door and found out that one their employees and her boyfriend just had one like that too and ended up getting food poisoning.

Best food in the town and the service was impeccable, Kaylee was extremely accommodating and Michael was very friendly and welcoming during my visit. My only criticism is that the menu does not have any pizza subs!

Just got done with a nice experience here. For those of you who might leave bad reviews please pull your head out of your butts and understand that this is a recently-opened location with a lot of new employees that are still learning their flow. They made our sandwiches freaky fast as always like other locations. This location’s employees are all extremely kind and courteous and very informative. Was a very clean well-organized location. When they first opened they were great fast delivery fresh everything but I think there slipping on there fresh everything the last three times I ordered the bread has always been hard even when I put in the special requests “ please make sure my bread is fresh and not hard “ and every time for the last three times my bread has been hard rock hard I even called after ordering and asked smh this is the last time I will be ordering from them I would rather go to subway where I know I can eat my bread with my sandwich and won’t have to break half of it off

This is without a doubt the best Jimmy John’s food I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten at JJ’s in several states across the USA, and the Three Rivers, MI store does the best job of any I’ve been to. I always get the Gargantuan, on either white bread or the Ummm lettuce wrap. The food has been so good that I’ve called to speak to the manager to let them know. The last 2 times I spoke to the manager she was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. The first time I called to commend them for doing a great job she had fixed my food 🙂 Give this lady a raise, there are not many like her anymore these days and you don’t want her going to your competition. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK Three Rivers, MI, Jimmy John’s!!!!!!!

At long last, Three Rivers has a Jimmy John’s! Finally, a place that actually puts meats on their sandwiches, and actually has fresh ingredients! I’ve only had the spicy east coast Italian so far, but I loved it! The hot peppers is what makes it!
