Where’s the Turkey, Tom? Came in on 10/15/25 at 5:26pm, (Chk # 165). Ordered a “Turkey Tom”. After waiting way too long I finally asked the young kid at the counter if they had lost my order. He said, “Yes” and walked away. No explanation, no apology. I waited another 10 minutes and was handed a wrapped sub. When I opened it I found I had paid for what looked like a long hot dog bun with almost nothing in it. I’m done with this Jimmy John’s. I don’t pay this much money to be given a stick of bread with barely a shred of meat in it. Don’t bother responding to this review with your canned “please reach out our team so that we may contact the owner…” Everything you need to know is right here. Do better.

Stopped by this location as it’s near my home. I was the only person in lobby and was ignored for nearly 15 minutes. Picked up a phone call while patiently waiting and allowed a rush to come through. The 4 staff member never addressed me from the moment I walked in to the time I allowed the rush to go through. I approached counter once again to explain I did not feel welcomed and felt ignored for at least 10 minutes. All but 2 employees proceeded to argue with me that I hadn’t been there for 10 minutes. I showed my phone log to demonstrate I was on the call for 12 mins and they still never addressed me. It escalated into a public argument after I had already paid. And the attendant proceeded to yell further about refunding and tell me to leave. This is incredibly poor customer service. I was patient and allowed the drive thru rush to come through. But once I mention that I felt disrespected by then ignoring my presence I was causing a problem ? It’s all ok tape so I hope they get better staff or I wouldn’t advise you go to this location.

Hadn’t been to Jimmy John’s in years and my family and I haven’t been too happy with the other sub shops in area, so we ordered and were pleasantly surprised. I ordered the toasted roast beef with the crispy French onions and horseradish on it. My mom ordered chicken bacon ranch and my husband ordered the Sicilian pizza and we all loved it! The helpings and size of the subs were nice and full. Usually when we order subs from the area they are all bread and very little meat. Not here. All our subs were packed which made us very happy. They were all very tasty. The delivery was fast. We’ll definitely keep this place as our go to from now on.

Ordered a chicken wrap around 915 at night at this location. I ate 1/2 the wrap and discovered a long hair sticking out the other half. They were closed when i noticed this so I called them the next day around 4pm and a man named James said they couldn’t give out refunds from the day prior and i could only receive a credit. Obviously i don’t want to eat there again.

I was in need of dinner for a large group of family gathered at the hospital yesterday. I called Jimmy John’s and spoke to the manager. The restaurant was able to prepare a 30-piece box for us with only a couple hours notice. The sandwiches were delicious and very neat and organized. They included mustard & mayo packets, plates and napkins too. Thank you for taking some of the stress away from our family during a difficult time!

One of the nicer Jimmy John’s around. Unfortunately the dine-in was closed due to Pandemic. The store is really clean and it shows.
The Staff was prompt and took care of our order efficiently. We ordered our favorite Club Tuna and it was probably the best one we had so far. The portion size of tuna was generous unlike some other JJ.

My very favorite is Totally Tuna! It is the best❤️ You can always have the toppings and sides of your choice added. The store is very clean, and they are following all measures to help with the Covid -19 situation.

Ordered extra hot peppers (which you pay for) on a sandwich that already comes with hot peppers. It came with 5 pepper rings, total, on half the sandwich. I normally wouldn’t complain about this, but last time I was there they messed up my very simple order as well. It’s $15 for this sandwich… it’s a sandwich… for $15 it should at least be correct.

Rico needs to be fired! This is the 2nd time in a week, he has messed up our order asked for a giant number 4 and got plain turkey meat on bread. Looks like my orders aren’t the only ones he’s getting wrong. Will not be going back!

I called the store to ask for one of the managers (talked to Gave) because they made our night. They put a little extra love into their customer service (and the sandwiches were great) and it is the reason that we’ll be coming back. This place is lucky to have such cool staff.
