Placed an order with them waited almost an hour after about 30 minutes of it not showing up. I called the manager even said that the driver had a lot of votes going out and that he had one at Kellogg’s and one on the street that I was on and that he was would be there shortly. I waited another 30 minutes called and then they denied that it was even coming to the address that I provided him took it to a different address and then left the food there would not recommend doing online orders with them again seems like a bunch of teenagers who don’t know what the hell they’re doing.

Just went for lunch. 1st time there. The 2 young men that helped me with my order were the best!!!! They took time to answer my questions and make sure that I was going to be happy with what I chose. Great service. Nice helpful guys.

This jimmy johns is a mess. A bunch of teenagers clearly unhappy to be working there. Not even just passively not smiling which is fine, but rolling eyes and clear disdain of duties. Arguing over who is going to take my order because clearly nobody wanted to. The bread in both sandwiches ordered was stale. The avocado spread that supposed to be spread onto the sandwich was just plopped on, and not even a lot barely two tiny spoonfuls. And the “napkins” they put in the bag was a single paper towel for two sandwiches. Asked for 8 mustard packets got 7. Just ridiculous. The womens bathroom had no paper towels but the mens bathroom did, so I had to go into mens bathroom to get paper towel for handwashing. JJ’s, I know you all don’t have many options for hire in the small town. I feel sorry that you have to rely on teens who think they are better than the job they have.

Ordered in the app at 12:15. Arrived at drive thru at 12:25. Up at the window at 12:35…….when I got to the window the employee asked me what I ordered. Keep in mind I had already told them at the speaker my mobile order. I waited and watched. They were just throwing sandwiches together in a mess and clearly hadn’t prepared my mobile order yet. It was almost 12:50 by the time our food was handed to us and even then had to remind him of my drink. This store puts a bad look on Jimmy John’s.

Customer service is usually top tier at this location I’m assuming maybe the cashier was having a bad day however I understand. Just imagine paying $49.60 for two sandwiches then making it home during a storm only to find out that you got someone else order. I tried to call up here to talk to a manager but the girl put me on hold for about 4 minutes then I was disconnected. I didn’t want my money back because the food here is usually good, I just wanted a remake of my sandwiches I bought that day. I still will remain a customer here, I’ll just check my order next time before leaving the parking lot.

An order was put in on Wednesday February 28th for a delivery of March 3rd at 12:30 pm at Battle Creek Central High School during a robotics competition. My first call to the store was at 12:41 to check the status of the delivery because it had not arrived yet. I was told by a gentleman they were finishing this order up along with another order and would be there shortly so they only had to make one drop off. I was fine with that thinking it wouldn’t be too much longer. At 1:04pm I called again to speak to a young lady, to be told they were completing the last box and I had to wait for the delivery driver to come back from another drop off, they were short staffed and taking care of customers. At this point I was told it “could” be another 1/2 hour maybe but she couldn’t give me at time this would be delivered. At this point I told her it was unacceptable and I had 60 kids to feed and I had made my order way in advance so they knew this big order was happening on Sunday. She apologized, took my name and number to give to her General Manager, to which I have yet to hear from. At 1:45 I called yet again to see here my 12:30 delivery order was to be told by the man that answered the phone that he had to take care of his customers that were coming into the store first and I would get my order WHEN they completed it! Mind you it is NOW almost 1.5 hours late and hungry kids. I told him that he knew about my order from Wednesday and my order was for 5 days later, something he could prepare for and it was not my fault he didn’t prepare for this day. I told him this was unacceptable and that I wanted some sort of a discount. He didn’t like I said that and that I was now angry so he hung up on me. At 1:58 the delivery driver angrily called me and said he was outside with my delivery. I went down, took my order. He was not pleasant at all and no apologies for what happened. Needless to say, freaky fast it was not and they also lied about the fact they had TWO orders coming to this building because he only had my order. All the team sit together to eat and every other team had eaten but ours. Most unpleasant experience I have ever had with Jimmy Johns. Needless to say, they didn’t say I’m sorry nor did they offer any sort of discount because they were 1.5 hours late.

Husband and I placed an order 6:08PM. We waited a while and then the app showed our order was out for delivery at 6:16PM. Thirty minutes later, check on the app it said our order had been delivered. We did not opt for contactless delivery nor was there a knock at the door. Husband looked outside, and there was no food waiting for us. He called the store around 10 minutes to 7pm (closing time), store contacted the driver and the driver said that they still had the food and it would be about 5 minutes. We waited 15 more minutes and nothing. It was now after 7PM. 10 minutes after 7pm, hubby called to say our food still was not here. We thought the driver was pulling up, so the store hung up on my husband. Hubby called the store back, and he was hung up on 2 or 3 times. He kept trying to call, but no one answered the phone for the next 20 minutes. Food finally arrives at our place at 7:45PM. Not the driver’s fault at all, but this is absolutely unacceptable. We will never order food at Jimmy Johns again. The sandwiches were soggy by the time they reached us and the cookies as dry as a bone.

The staff was awesome. The food was delicious. The atmosphere in this one is smaller and very plain. It was kind of dirty and the parking lot is weird due to construction on the main road and the fact that this used to be a bank
