Had a great experience at this Jimmy John’s for a big catering order. I called the night before requesting subs for a tailgate the next day. Clair helped me with the order and she was amazing!! She individually packaged all of the toppings to make sure everything stayed fresh for the tailgate the next day. Clair is the best and we had the best subs!

Been here before enroute back to Chicago from Michigan. Subs are super fresh and always made correctly. Fast service and nice music playing. Bathrooms super clean and easy in/out parking and back on freeway. Outdoor seating during warmer months

I love that I can order the unwich and it is so fresh and satisfying. The unwich I order tonight was fantastic. The only downside tonight was that, despite that “Jimmy John’s fast” marketing they did for so long doesn’t seem to keep with this location. That sandwich is amazing but it was kinda slow.

Nice veggie sub, dine in place and restroom are clean. Understand JJ don’t toast bread but sub tastes way better when toasted, and no choice for cheese and/or bread. Signs, posters and thoughts are nice and funny!!!

Very quick service at this location. We ordered two sandwiches using the app about 4-5 minutes before reaching the location and found that the order was already done.
Also, both the sandwiches were prepared perfect and no toppings were missing. Good Jimmy John’s location!

The sandwiches aren’t what they used to be- but they were fresh and prepared fast- and exactly to our order. 100% for the service- it was amazing. Great employees, super polite and welcoming-clean store, restrooms spotless, all employees were helpful and working as a team. We were greeted and thanked. We just left- fat and happy- back on the road These employees deserve a raise! You just do NOT find employees like this – so you better pay them to stay.

Ordered the tuna, I believe #15, 4 pepe’s, and a slim ham. Got home, and the tuna sub had tuna on one half from end to end. Unfortunately, the other half had less than half. Disappointed, especially with prices skyrocketing at fast food places. I wish they would have taken a little more time getting it right, especially with the amount of time it took for them to prepare the subs.

Staff and management are RUDE
They treat you as though they are giving you free food. People pay their money to get what you want to give them versus what they are simply asking for.
DONT ask for anything outside exactly the way THEY want to make your sandwich because they get upset if you tell them you want light bread instead of dark hard bread.
The put on gloves and touch their hat, their headset, pull up their pants, rub their hair… all with the SAME GLOVES they make your food with. But when you ask them if they can change their gloves, they’re offended. Corporate really needs to do some retraining with this store and its management.

Normally I’ve had pretty good interactions with this location. Food order is correct, employees are nice and the food is fast. That’s changed recently. Tonight I ordered at around 7:05pm and its 8 and nothing yet. Called to see where my food was and was told it could be another 10 min. No offer of a discount was made…nothing. I order from there a lot but if it keeps getting worse I’m not going to stay ordering. I understand that stuff happens but you should at least try to make it better somehow.
