So I ordered online for delivery. I turn my porch light on waiting for my food to arrive. I see the delivery driver fly down hill I thinking he past my house but he never comes back . Something tells me to open my door my food is laying on porch . I didn’t order DoorDash for my food to be left in on the porch to get cold. Even on DoorDash have it hand to me. I am so irritated since it looks like he just through my food out his window onto my porch . I call to speak with someone who claims to be a manager who flat out didn’t care about my concerns like I wanted a discount. No I just wanted an apology for having to pay $36 and the damn driver didn’t even have courtesy to knock on my door and hand me my food and get there tip. Then to be treated like my issue was nothing when I supposed to be speaking to manager is even worst . Jimmy John’s doesn’t ever have to worry about me spending any money at this business ever in life . Horrible customer service . Horrible manager

Every time I order delivery they call and cancel my order bc they “don’t have a driver who can accept cash”?? It is a legal requirement that ANY place of business in the US accepts cash payments yet this is the fourth time that this has happened to me

So I drive up to this place right? It’s seemingly normal RIGHT? I was gonna have something good tonight RIGHTTT? WRONG I ordered a small sandwich from this establishment with turkey cucumber and lettuce. Then the employee informed me that you can in fact not get cucumbers on a small sandwich so I get a medium one with cucumbers lettuce and turkey. I specifically said no MAYO… then after at-least 11 minutes I get my sandwich WITH MAYO AND NO CUCUMBERS! I am beyond fed up with this establishment.

Literally not “freaky fast” delivery anymore. I can completely understand not having enough drivers but the managers response to my order being out for nearly an hour was “okay well he’s in route”. For an hour? With a sub that’s loaded with dressing?
Needless to say I got a refund on my order but the manager is not a very friendly person at all. He’s clearly doing the bare minimum. Good management equals good employees. I wouldn’t be rushing anywhere for him either. When I worked in management and we were short staffed we jumped on the road ourselves. Just a suggestion 🙂

I’ve ordered delivery from Jimmy John’s several times, and have been impressed with how fast they are. However today was not one of those times. I placed an order for 2 sandwiches which took over an hour to deliver to an address less than two miles away. Definitely not “freaky fast”.

Jimmy John’s used to be a really good place but the past 5 months you can’t get delivery to save you life… It went from Freaky Fast to Freaky Never! It’s not like it’s only been a couple times cuz I have called several times a week and still NO delivery for all this time. The bad thing it’s not only this Jimmy John’s it’s the one down the road from here too. Stop saying you’re Freaky Fast on Delivery when your not Delivering to people….

We ordered 1 sub, 2 cookies and 3 drinks. The drinks were warm and watered downwhen we finally got our order. We are .6 miles away and it took over an hour for them to deliver our meal! This is the third time this has happened. I will NOT be ordering from them again. If I could give less than 1 star, I definitely would.
