Warning to Anyone Visiting This Jimmy John’s:
I had a deeply troubling experience at this Jimmy John’s location. After paying at the drive-thru, my credit card was taken inside the building instead of being processed in front of me. It took noticeably longer than normal for both my food and card to be returned.
Shortly after this visit, my card was used fraudulently for large purchases online. While I can’t say with absolute certainty that this location was the source, the timing and circumstances are highly suspicious.
This is not just an inconvenience—it’s a serious security risk for every customer who hands over a card here. Management and corporate need to take this situation very seriously, review surveillance, and address any potential misconduct immediately.
Until I see signs that this has been investigated and corrected, I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to use caution when paying here.

Always the best sandwich in town! They always keep the line moving quickly. I usually go thru the drive thru. The line can be very long, but somehow they quickly get you your sub. Great place with lots of local locations. Check it out!

I walked in , asked for the #10 (hunters club) double roast beef, toasted no lettuce with mayo pickles n hots . She says 9.99 . Ok . I pay. The guy starts making my sandwich, I see him not gonna toast so I ask if he can toast it, he says sure i guess i can do that for you. Like it’s a problem or something. I didn’t see him putting it together because imy dog was sitting outside waiting, got my sandwich left back to motel. He put lettuce and tomatoes and that’s it. And definitely not double roast beef. If that’s double then regular is one tiny piece cause I had only 2 pieces of rb on there. I guess your not allowed to have it any way except how they want.

This place is amazing! They went out of their way to fix a mistake I made!!
Whilst I was showering, my roommate grabbed my food unbeknownst to me and put it in the refrigerator. Before I messaged my roommate, who had just left for work, I called the store to make sure the order went through. Before I could call the store back to discuss the mistake, they had already sent a second order! I felt genuinely embarrassed and shocked as this was less than 15 minutes! After profusely apologizing to the delivery driver (who was very friendly), I felt it was only right to leave a 5-star review!
Like I said to the delivery driver, I’m so sorry for the confusion, but thank you so much for fixing the situation before I could even call you back! I will happily be back and will make sure to select the “hand to me” option for delivery in the future! Apologies once again for the misunderstanding!

I hadn’t been to Jimmy John’s until about r months ago. Now I go there every other week. I thought it was just another kind of subway, the food is way fresher here and it tastes so good. I get the hunters club with their jalapeño ranch sauce. Never had a better sub

Always wanted to try this place and so glad we did. Great food and amazing service. I ordered online was very easy and fast no need to download an app. Not gonna lie it’s a little pricey but I’ll be back because it’s worth it. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and the pesto bowtie salad and I was delicious. Great job

This is the beat sandwich shop in the free world, hands down! You have a healthy choice and many options. The Mediterranean wrap with chicken is phenomenal. Jimmy John’s does it right always! Great food at a great price with even greater service! Way to go Jimmy John’s.

I like Jimmy John’s. They are clean, quick, friendly and dare I say often actually close to fun to visit. But sometimes delivery is warranted due to circumstances. They have been adding a $3 delivery fee for some time. And that’s okay. Delivery people should be paid well. Except apparently they aren’t. After being asked for a tip from the most recent delivery driver I questioned him about the delivery fee. Turns out that the person doing the actual delivery isn’t getting that money. So I wonder who is? On top of that there is now an additional “service charge” of $2 added to delivery orders. What? Where is this going? Not to the delivery person apparently. So Jimmy John’s has priced me out. Not worth it anymore. Shame because I do like Jimmy John’s.
